I was a happy GetMyInvoices user. I was using GetMyInvoices with 2 portals. Initially, both portals were working fine. Five months ago, the first portal stopped working suddenly because of a change in the portals UI. Originally thinking GetMyInvoices would update their product themselves I didnt open a support ticket but after one month of no change to their system I sent a support ticket notifying them of the system not working. It has been 5 months of over 40 messages with the support team exchanged and them not responding for weeks at a time. I also tried calling their support phone number over the course of weeks between 10-20 times. I also tried scheduling an appointment with the support team which also didnt fix the issue. Hours of work are spent wasting time to contact the support team. In the meantime, 2 months ago, my second portal also stopped working without me changing any of my settings all of a sudden. Again countless messages exchanged notifying them about the issue but no fix so far. I have been trying to reach support over all means of communication. I was initially thinking GetMyInvoices would work on their product themselves or them fixing their IT within a couple of days but so far nothing. I have never written a bad review online as this is the first SaaS I am deeply disappointed with their service with.

We’ve been using GetMyInvoices for a while now, and it’s been a huge time saver! It pulls invoices automatically from different platforms, which means we don’t have to waste time hunting them down manually. Super helpful for keeping everything organized.

Worst service I’ve ever used.
Absolutely not user friendly.
I asked for a refund on the same day I subscribed (no free trial available) and it was declined. Worse they even charged me for the next months.

Such a great app... Very easy to use, intuitive and saves hours every month from me. My accountant is also not bothering me anymore with my invoices. Highly recommended.

We have only recently started using GetMyInvoices and it has been great! Max was fab setting it up too and has been easy to speak about and resolve queries that I have.
As others have said, this works when other similar sites like AutoEntry fetching didn't!!¬!

Works where others didn't!
We only needed basic functionality to collect and process supplier invoices. An alternative product was used without luck which meant much lost time. We switched to a trial of GetMyInvoices and it simply worked. Support queries dealt with almost immediately.

Even though they managed to get almost 90% of invoices from portals, their banking solution is not working. They are targeting the European market (their site is half in English and half in German), but they only offer US banks...
I have upgraded to remove the limitation of 50 bank transactions, but I realized soon afterward that I could not import my bank transactions automatically (from France). When I asked for a refund, they said they are working hard to add the French banks, and they refused to issue a refund.
The User Experience is very poor, and I'm not sure I would trust them to store properly my sensitive credentials for all portals.
The idea was great, but the execution was poor.
Great software, it allows us to gain lot of time and a better management of our billing and invoicing
A great way to save time locating documents and invoices for your tax returns. If you need to send your accountant all your invoices on a monthly basis, this is an excellent tool. Highly recommended !

Excellent Support- I needed invoices from an online Platform which getmyinvoices did not currently offer. I was a free trial customer however they quickly designed a script to pull the required invoices. They as a result gained a long term customer.
This was on 23/12 when most companies are off.
