The day I realized they'd fraudulently lured me into a web trap and took steps to disconnect from them, I contacted them, stating the fraude and demanded my money back.
With in a few hours they contacted me and they also refunded the money. (very nice)

Positive reviews are fake, scammers give them customer.
They have an entire scammers group that lure you to buy an expensive item at a low price. But in the background they make you a paid member of this website and you are charged again and again. I have asked for cancellation of my account but haven't been cancelled. They have given me a date of cancellation but don't know if they will cancel or not.
