would give 0 stars if i could

would give 0 stars if i could, absolute scammers do not go with these people for any reason, they charged me $329 for medication AFTER i canceled my membership the same day i paid the $39 for it and then they charged me for the medication anyways and there is absolutely no proof that said medication is coming and nobody will get back to me i have emailed them 4 times now and messaged my “care provider” 5 times i want my freaking money back immediately this is RIDICULOUS

It has been easy so far

It has been easy so far.
The cost is still a lot as I live on social security.

Worst experience ever

I didn't even press the button to confirm to pay for the membership because I just noticed you have to pay extra for the actual prescription, but they charged me, after that I sent an email to ask for a refund and cancel but they tried to convince me use their services, I said "please cancel and refund or otherwise this means is a scam and I'll need to report your website", didn't hear from them again and the next day another $40 from my account dissappeared but no register of the transacción, is very strange, so I had to cancel my card and request a new one, very very bad experience even if you're just browsing do not put your card info cause they will stole your money even if you don't approve!!! Edit: they replied saying they don't charge unless I approve but they charged me again when I was canceling the membership, how? I don't know but they did. I'm not going to lose more time in this, I already sent an email and after ask to cancel (which I had to send do myself) no reply back. I found the way to cancel myself then they refund me one of the charges but no the other one. I had to request a new card cause I was afraid to be charged again.

During checkout, we clearly communicate multiple times that there is a $39 charge to begin your membership. This requires active confirmation before any payment is processed. We only receive your card information when it is directly submitted by you during this process—we do not have the ability to access or charge payment methods without your authorization.

You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to maintain access to a licensed Provider and a dedicated Weight Loss Coach. This also includes our team coordinating with the pharmacy and, if requested, working directly with your insurance provider.

If your insurance does not cover your prescription, we provide alternative options. This includes non-GLP medications at no additional cost with your membership, or GLP medications available for an additional fee.

Regarding your concerns about additional charges, we would take this very seriously and want to investigate further. Hidden fees, predatory processes

Almost all of their advertising states there is no charge until you select and purchase a product. This is entirely false. There are undisclosed membership fees they will charge you as soon as you add a payment method, which you are required to do before answering any questionnaires about what products may work for you. They will charge you even if you don't medically qualify for their products. They say it's their "policy", and it's not refundable. Don't bother trying to contact any customer service representative as they will all respond with cookie-cutter copy and paste responses without researching or addressing your issue. They don't escalate concerns when asked. This company could not be more shady or predatory on people who are desperate to begin with. I am beyond disgusted by my experience with AM Rx.

I wish you could put negative stars

I wish you could put negative stars! This is a whole SCAM!! Do not trust these people. I ordered on March 9 and funds were taken out that day. After a week I began looking for updates. Website was crashed. Customer service told me the prescription was written and otw to pharmacy. Days go by, no update, I call back…now they tell me I’m sorry but the pharmacy didn’t have the medication we are prioritizing it and sending it to a different doctor for another prescription to send to another pharmacy?! Another week goes by I’m still getting the same update “we have escalated it to the pharmacy and you’ll be notified as soon as it ships. I finally said enough on March 25 and said cancel it, I want a refund I’m ordering from a more reputable company. She says ok she’s putting in the refund. Two days later the package arrives at my house they just left it, I didn’t accept it, and I call and they have the nerve to tell me “I’m sorry but once the medication is delivered we can’t give a refund.” This is the biggest scam.

Fraudulent Company

I cancelled my membership & asked for my card information & account to be deleted, the next day, they charged me for a supplement. I called multiple times, wrote to them multiple times requesting a refund, each person (Jeff, Jameel, and another female) and they all promised to cancel my order & refund me. They didn’t refund me at all, instead they are shipping me the items I no longer want/need. I called to ask for a manager & the lady said there went any managers, I asked for a supervisor, they don’t have any either. This company is full of scams & terrible scam artist. They start stuttering when you get on the about their fraudulent activities! Am Rx suck!

I firmly believe this site is a scam

I firmly believe this site is a scam. I was a customer for less than three hours, during which time I was charged three separate times. It was also extremely difficult to reach a live representative, even though I was attempting to cancel both my order and membership due to concerns about transparency.
For example, the company’s own fraud‑related webpage instructs customers to contact, but that email address is no longer valid. When I finally reached a representative, I requested a written transcript of our conversation because I was repeatedly told that a pharmacist had already worked on my prescription—even though the company’s website clearly stated it had only been “ordered” on 4/11/26 and would take approximately 25 days to ship.
Considering the nature of the services involved, these inconsistencies and communication difficulties are highly concerning and unprofessional.

Do not deal with this company they are the worst . I order this never received the meds and they took my money. Now trying to get my money back and they can seem to do it . Be warned do deal with this company !!!!!!

Product shipped after note from provider it would not unless account was reactivated. Script arrived within 72hrs of initial interaction with team even with cancellation and withdrawal prior to script approval.

The dumbest people you will ever speak to

I have never dealt with such incompetent people who couldn’t even get me the medication i needed. I am currently taking 40 units and i switched over to amrx thinking I was going to save money right? WRONG. They took my money and gave me the wrong dosage, so I asked over and over if they could send me the right vial. For almost A WHOLE MONTH they kept saying “we’ll follow up with a provider to get you the correct dosage” guess what? They wanted to charge me for a new vial! It wasn’t my fault that the first provider couldn’t read to save their life and sent me the wrong dosage. The headache these people gave me wasn’t worth staying in the program. I cancelled my subscription before they can charge me. And you know what else? When I tried to cancel through customer service they kept arguing with me about not cancelling. They were incredibly rude! I ended up cancelling through the site which also kept giving me a hard time to cancel, I had to go through 8 pages of “are you sure you want to cancel? We’ll offer you xyz.” It makes you wonder why they are trying so hard to keep their patients. Maybe it’s because they’re scammers who are losing money. I ended up switching to Hers and immediately got approval for the CORRECT DOSAGE. How long did it take? Not even 6 hours. Do NOT use getamrx, they will rob you and lie to you about getting the right medication. Every single person I spoke to or dealt with needs to get fired and the company needs to get sued. Let me know when I can get into that lawsuit.

I went through this company and they had charged me twice for the monthly membership I canceled my prescription they said they offer a refunds but they said they don't when I talk to somebody that said they won't refund my money so now I will have to go through my bank and do a fraud charge with them do not go through this company they have horrible service and you will not get what you need
