Poor communication.
*edited to add - following posting this review, Get a drip contacted me and communicated well. There had been a technical issue with their emails, and they had tried to contact me but it hadn’t worked. They understood why I believed I’d be refunded, due to the wording of their email.
I have changed my rating from 1 star to 2, to reflect their efforts to put it right, as I’ve now received a refund. However, due to the original circumstances I don’t feel I can leave anything higher than this.
I requested to cancel my subscription and receive a refund for the pen which hadn’t been dispensed. I was told by email that this could be done if I completed a questionnaire. I was then bombarded with emails and texts, and responded to the questionnaire. I then received an email to say the next pen had been dispatched, even though I requested to cancel, and I hadn’t completed any update relating to my health, which they said they needed before the prescription was dispensed. I immediately contacted them to cancel the delivery as I was on holiday, they did not reply and the customer service number didn’t work. I have been deceived, as they emailed me to confirm I would be refunded, and I feel like the have tricked me into completing a questionnaire.

Terrible communication, no accountability and expensive to boot. Avoid!
You didn’t even reply to my last email regarding my order that was misdelivered. I haven’t had any mounjaro for 15 days. Can I just take 5mg again when my replacement arrives? Do I need to restart at 2.5mg? This isn’t just a customer service issue, it’s my health.
You’re expensive, your UI is gravely lacking and your customer service is awful. I wouldn’t recommend your clinic at all.

Disgraceful service
Unbelievable! it has now been 5 weeks since my order went missing and get a drip still have not resolved this, I’m continually told that I have to be patient and wait for DPD to complete their enquiries! All I want is my medication I’ve paid for, rightly! Yet I am continually treated like I’m asking this company to move mountains providing me a service I paid for!
Disgraceful customer service, would not recommend at all.

Delivery is always an issue.
The service is ok but it’s very problematic not being able to pick a delivery day- it’s just dispatched and you have to be in or you’re out of pocket. I’ve tried delaying when my script is processed, but no matter what I do it’s always delivered on a Tuesday which is the only day I have an issue with. If they could let you pick a delivery date or a pickup location it would be 5*.
