Fake, terrible quality, cheap knockoffs and the color is TOTALLY OFF (I ordered a light gray sweatshirt and I received an almost black sweatshirt). When trying to return they try to dissuade me and keep offering discounts and also make it extremely difficult (asked for photographs of front, back, packaging, etc.) very sketchy business. TOTAL SCAM. I would not be surprised if their 5 star reviews were fake too!

SCAM ALERT!!! I ordered a New England Patriots Rivalry Nike Hoodie (XL) in the advertised “Storm Blue” color, and what I received was completely different from what was shown online.

First, it arrived two weeks late. When it finally showed up, the hoodie was not Storm Blue — it was a basic navy color. The sizing was also completely off. I ordered an XL, and what I received fits more like a medium.

The quality was extremely disappointing. The material feels cheap, and the Nike and Patriots logos appear to be low-quality iron-ons. There was no authentic Nike tag inside or on the side like you would expect from a genuine Nike New England Patriots hoodie.

Customer service was just as bad. When I called about a refund, they claimed they would process it — but didn’t ask for an order number, email, name, or any identifying information. That alone tells you everything you need to know. Two weeks later, still no refund.

This was a very frustrating experience. I would strongly caution others before purchasing. I wish I could send a picture, the hoodie we received for $99 is a JOKE!

Do Not Buy from this site. This site is a scam! I ordered a leather jacket and received a fake plastic copy not worth what they charged me. They say they are in New York, but they are out of Pakistan. True scammer.

Ordered a varsity jacket and i paid a lot of money $170+. I thought it would be genuine for that money. I ordered from the US and it got shipped from Pakistan. It turned up and the quality is absolutely terrible. Looks like it has been put together in a sweat shop and my estimate to its manufacturing value is $10 to maximum $20. The size i wanted was XL, it was tagged XL but must have been a medium. Do not trust this company with your cash. Its a total rip-off.

I received good service and good support in getting the jacket I wanted. Very pleased with the jacket and Sam did an excellent job. Would do business with him again.

Was sold vinyl instead of cow leather they told me to go have the jacket tested, which is total b.S they lied about everything. If I was able to show you pictures, to prove it was vinyl i would.Do not buy from genuine jacket store.

Had a quality issue with a jacket and sizing that was off. They fixed the issue. Good customer service

I would give a big fat ZERO to GenuineJacketstore.com, aka auleatherx.com and God knows what other site they choose to call themselves to deceive people. I ordered what I thought was a Kylie Kelsie Eagles jacket. Why did I think that? Because that’s what was advertised explicitly!! It showed stitching on the logos. It said so in the title! It had the picture of Kylie in the jacket! What I received was a smaller size than expected, and the Eagles logos were all iron ons, no stitching at all. A cheap knock offs that was not cheap to buy! They also tried to charge me another $20 for shipping AFTER I originally placed the order. Very deceptive!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!! A bunch of fake knock offs that do not look like what they show in their ads.

I bought the red trucker jacket because I wanted something that stood out. It definitely does! Great craftsmanship, stitching is solid, and I appreciate the nice lining inside. Very happy with the buy.

Was looking for a sleek black leather jacket for an event and stumbled upon Genuine Jacket Store. Ended up going with the Vin Diesel Fast & Furious piece. The quality blew me away—sturdy yet not stiff, and fits great right out of the box. Shipping was quicker than expected too.

Customer support helped me modify my order after I realized I selected the wrong size. They were quick, polite, and very helpful. Jacket arrived with no issues and fits like a glove.

This company has terrible customer service. I have been arguing with them since January about a return that they said they never received but I have confirmation from FedEx that is was received. They are refusing to send me a refund.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! The “leather” I ordered was not how the picture looked. Is made of some other CHEAP material! The back has like a blue patch and in the image online, it’s cream color and small. The coat was an XS and fit like a medium. They refuse to refund my money back and now I have to dispute with my card. Please don’t waste your time!!

I just ordered an all black Yankee jacket from them, this jacket is flimsy and the stitching is awful, the material is cheap, my advice..keep your money and stay away

Sent wrong color completely, and though tag says "L", it is identical in fit to the "M". Seriously doubt it's even leather, tag says "machine washable"...I've never heard of leather you could put in the washing machine? I've tried to call, had to leave messages with no return calls and no return or response to my emails. I've turned it over to my credit card company. Shady, scammers!

I finally received my B3 Bomber jacket. The fleece is artificial. And so is the skin. It is not real leather; the tag says machine wash. Poor quality stitching and poor quality zipper.

I ordered a Harley Davidson jacket and did not look nothing like the picture. The quality was appalling and look nothing like the picture. They took my money and then would not refund me and wanted me to pay the return when the jacket wasn't as described. I do not recommend this company and I don't think anyone should buy a jacket of them. Bad seller and their reviews are from them had together my bank involved now.
