Found my Transmitter

I had researched the internet without too much luck, so I went directly to the Genie site, typed in what I was looking for and immediately what i needed came up. I ordered the transmitter and it came with five days. If I need parts again, I'll know where to go.

I got the new connect and I keep…

I got the new connect and I keep getting disconnect message, so I changed the battery. I don’t get that much disconnect but I still do, at least 3 to 4 msg a day

Bad UPS tracking number

Everything was fine except the UPS tracking number was no good. Check for three days and ups says bad number. Product arrived next day in perfect condition.

The Aladdin Connect product did not…

The Aladdin Connect product did not work and chat support kept going around in circles. Promised to call back and never did. No response to my email inquiry. Phone support was not working - chat told me their phone system was down.
