Bought tanzanite butterfly earrings and when received they were damaged. Called Gem Stone Kings and promptly a new pair was sent. Awesome customer service. Have ordered several items from them and are very happy with purchases.

I received the merchandise on time, however it was supposed to be delivered in a box. Unfortunately the box was smashed beyond recognition and I had to pull the merchandise out from within it. The merchandise itself was unharmed. I don’t know if this was a gemstone king problem or the delivery service, either way I was unhappy.

I love shopping for jewelry at Gem Stone King! Their site is well-organized, they have products ranging from super affordable to high end, and their customer service, shipping, rewards program, returns policy and online purchasing experience are all flawless.

Ordered from Gemstone King for the first time. The photos of the two rings looked great on screen, but would they look that good in person? Yes they do. The rings were not flimsy or smaller than represented on screen. They feel solid and they look sparkly and fabulous. Next time I need a pretty piece of affordable jewelry, I’ll be shopping here again.

Waited to give a rating bought my wife a ring on Mother’s Day Price was fair shipping was fast ring is beautiful until I realized the stones get cloudy very fast would’ve went elsewhere will next time.

I bought 4 different silver men's created sapphire rings and all were very good.

Don't get anything from here its badly made and the customer support is basically non existing even getting it through Walmart they refuse to work with me from something they did whatever you do do not get from here its a scam nothing more
