Good but could do better
Liked the price and the website and ordering were easy to use. Delivery was prompt. Plants were packaged OK but were very squashed when I received them. Three of the twenty I purchased were dead on arrival. I planted up the remainder and so far (three weeks later) doing OK.

You did not state plants names on the plant it self, I had to look it up myself on line to identify which is which. Not sure if I got it right. Names on the delivery package not good enough.

The begonias I ordered did not all…
The begonias I ordered did not all arrive and when they did they were leggy and have not grown in. I spoke to your customer services and they were asking a manager to ring me. That was over a week ago and I’m still waiting for a contact the least I expect is a refund at this stage.
