Bought a pair of shoes for $275
Bought a pair of shoes for $275. Didn’t like the fit or how they looked in person — honestly, they felt cheap.
Now to return them, they’re charging me a $47 fee and only refunding $220 instead of the full amount. So I’m basically paying $92 just to return a pair of shoes.
That’s not a return policy — that’s a penalty.

I.ordered.ballerines 1 month ago, 11th of march, and still waiting for the shoes. The customer support is a disaster! No.proactive communication. I need to send an email every week to get slow answer, always the same : sorry we are waiting for the delivery....
Now I'm.waiting for a refund, I'm exhausted, satisfaction is a 0 level but the price is not 0 so far. Big big gap beetween the advertising push et the reality of the customer.service !
beautiful shoes
I was hesitant about buying shoes online, but was looking for some shoes for a wedding, and found these velvet shoes with a block heel. I ordered the size I usually take - 37 - and they are perfect. Beautifully made and super comfortable.
Scam
Plainly mafia style business.
Sizing is a joke. Before I bought shoes I have checked the returns policy. It says the refund will be via same method as the payment was made. Returns from UK cost 20 Euro. I have completed the return registration. They want to charge me £43.66 for return and take it off the refunded amount - however somehow the website prompts me pay the £43.66 on top of what I have paid. This is not all. They want to give me the remaining amount as a GIFT CARD!!! There was no other option to select. This is a THEFT/ SCAM SCHEME. Do not fall for it. I just lost £100.
Dishonest greedy company
Absolute con. Shoes arrived beautifully packaged and promptly. But they come up small so I tried to return them or even exchange. APPALLED to find I could do neither and was offered a gift card of half the price i'd paid as the return postage was £43! Instagram lulled me into buying them and never again. This is obviously how them make their money. Con artist.
Returns policy from AU is outrageous
Beware AU customers. You’ll be charged 50 EUROS in the event you need to return an item. In addition, the returns portal didn’t work correctly.
The leather quality is good but the T bar on the shoes I bought was loose and looks bad. Given the returns policy, it’s too risky and I won’t be shopping there again.
No returns, so my experience was 100% awesome
I bought 2 pairs of shoes from them within the European Union... so I felt safe in that the shipping would not be expensive. I was also able to return easily but as I did not test the return process, I likely did not run into the issues other people did.
I bought it with the intention of buying it and NOT returning it, although I would have, to recuperate even only half of my money, if it was really bad.
I bought 2 pairs to get free shipping, and I followed their directions VERY carefully. I am a US size 7 and I typically take a EU 37 in shoes (or so I thought), but when I checked the chart, it is EU 37.5, and the site said to round up 0.5 so I took a EU 38 and the sizing was perfection.
I am EXTREMELY happy with the shoes. Say what you want about their crappy return process, but their shoes were perfectly made, leather was very high quality, it was packaged so perfectly with even the detail of a plastic sticker on the bottom of the sole so that you don't ruin it when you wear it around the house on flat ground or carpet to try it out before keeping it.
I took their Ana Mink Canada shoes, these square toed ballet flat things, which will be perfect for autumn, and their sold-out-before-any-sale Vega Vidre Fuchsia sequin shoes which are the most beautiful shoes I have ever worn to date. (Difficult to keep clean though (the sequins are wild), so keep that in mind.)
The leather as I said, is very well made, sturdy and soft but not too soft, and the sizing was spot on.
I will 100% order again from them but have not found any other styles I like. I will just keep an eye on them as they add new things.
Say drop off in 5 days but return label…
Say drop off in 5 days but return label can take 2-3 days to process. BTW, they charged $45 for the return from the US--not reduced from the return amount but they make you pay before you send it !!!
Not worth it at all... I feel I was misled
