They sent me a part that doesnt work
They sent me a part that doesnt work, asked me to test it with a "multimeter" , not everyone has that, so i cant prove the part is faulty. Refunded me 12$ after i spent 31$ and they wont let me delete my account, ive tried in-store and emailing...

Not exactly what I needed, but it worked.
Shipped fast, & worked for repairs, however I believe this drive was intended for a xbox one, & not a series X. The casing had an external mounting bracket which wouldn’t have fit, & I had to bend a metal prong to remove the laser deck. If you buy this intending to replace a series X disc drive, be prepared to place it in the original drive’s case, & potentially bend parts of the replacement’s casing.

I would definitely buy from these guys…
I would definitely buy from these guys again. I will say that the liquid metal did leak a bit onto the motherboard so I had to clean it thoroughly before install but that was an easy task. Definitely 5 stars for me.

Seller never sent shipping notice
Seller never sent shipping notice. Package showed up unexpectedly and sat in the rain for a few hours before it was noticed. Merchandise wasn’t damaged, but unfortunately didn’t fix the problem either.

Shipping was fast
Shipping was fast! Price was reasonable. I got the Xbox 1x power supply. One of the plastic pins was a little bent, but I was able to straighten it out enough to install. I’d definitely recommend your site to others.
