There is no option else I want to give negative rating to this fraud company. They will take payment from you but never support you. They will sell their unsaleable items to you which you will never able to sell. Their team is completely unprofessional and every day they change contact. Big fraud they are doing and there are so may complains . Gov should take strict action against them stop them to cheat innocent peoples

Fraudulent & Misleading Business Practices

I had an extremely bad experience with Saumic Craft, also operating as Crown Mart / Star Shopping Bonanza.

I was enrolled in their so-called Amazon Dropshipping & FBA Program after they promised Amazon.in & Amazon.com account setup, listings, training, inventory management, ads credit, and ongoing support. I paid multiple amounts over a period of time based on their assurances.

Unfortunately:

No promised services were delivered

I was given continuous excuses and false commitments

I was pressured into making additional payments by showing fake Amazon orders

Later, those orders were cancelled and I realized they were not genuine

My Amazon seller account was misused without my consent, leading to unauthorized charges

Refund requests were completely ignored

Despite months of follow-ups, there was zero accountability or transparency. This appears to be a well-planned operation to extract money from customers under false promises.

I have now escalated the matter through Cyber Crime authorities and legal channels with full documentation.

now what they do i will explain
step 1 - they create your account and rake rs 11800
step 2 - they have access of your account and generate adds which you have to pay for it it's obvious but they generate fake orders from themselves so that you can add payments to their wallet so that they can dispatch the products and 90% products got return as you can see i have attached the image why so
Step 3 - after the return happen they will not provide you money back they use them as their credit note and again and again this loop continue and you will end up losing your hard earned money by these fraudsters

Yes, you are true. Saumic Jain makes false promises and never fulfils the promises made. I had paid Rs 23600/- but got nothing. They talk rudely and never respond with a solution. They are not returning my money.

I found no shortcomings at all with B𞥐ffe nPur𞥑ş. What initially felt out of reach—£156k—was resolved through consistent updates and professional handling.

They are fraud no one calls ..They collect money and nothing else ..No one reply back...They are fraud..

Very unprofessional..they don't even pickup phone after enrolling. No customer support..they didnot reply to your messages..They didn't bother to do work just fake promises...

Froud Company hai ye paise 25000 le kar Website bhi aadhi banaye gi aur apni product bhi list karegai par aur uske bad sab gayab kahi baat hi nhi ho payega

I had a terrible experience with Saumic Craft. They took ₹30,000 as FBA service fees and ₹5,000 more for additional charges, promising to open my Amazon seller account and get things started quickly. However, it’s been a long time, and my Amazon account is still not opened.

Now, when I try to contact them and ask for a refund, they don’t answer my calls and completely ignore my messages. This kind of unprofessional and unethical behavior is unacceptable.

I strongly advise everyone to be cautious before dealing with Saumic Craft or making any payments to them. They have taken my money but delivered absolutely nothing in return. Till now its Dec 5, 2025 they have not returned my money Rs35000.

Saumic craft is SCAM ye log pehle 11000/- me register karte hai then 50000/- ki inventory mangate hai bad me bhi kaam ki gatuntee nahi, inka koi direct customer care bhi nahi sirf inventory ke paise mangane k liye hi call karte hai..

I was also cheated by taking Rs 12000 from Sumic Craft, neither does he receive the call nor do I send the message.

It is 100% fake company i am enrolled in their program so bad work on amazon.in no any other and i have spent lot of money on amazon ads but no response ek bhi maal nahi bika I have received no order I ask for refund but they said refund is not possible maine kaha kuch to refund de do but they give no refund

Saumic Jain is a fraud. I am planning to file a police report against him and his company. They should be black listed and should not be allowed to do any business in Jaipur. Please don't pay them any money, as they are running a scam. Also, a complaint should be filed against the staff who work there.

It’s a scam — they took the money and stopped responding.

When they will onboard someone for New Amazon Seller then Amazon will pay them for onboarding and they also take money from us as well which is not in Amazon policy. They are doing this fraud every month. They are Amazon partner and Amazon is giving them a money to provide service and they also take money from the customer. Because customer don't know about this policy. and they charged 11K. so even people don't care about because it's not a big amount. but from the one webinar 100 people join their program so they make 11 lakhs in one day.

another big thing is I have orders some of the product they have listed and guess what their price is 4 time then any other seller who is selling the same thing and the quality of the product is totally rubbish.

all of my 5-6 orders are getting returns.

Here you will lose your MONEY ENERGY & and most important YOUR TIME.

So stay away from this company.
