Taxi booked for 3.15pm however upon…

Taxi booked for 3.15pm however upon calling when it didn't arrive they said the pick up time was 3.45pm. The taxi didn't arrive until 6pm and every time I call inbetween which was 3 times they said 20 minutes, 30 minutes, yes it will be there soon. I didn't get home until 6.40pm, I'm disabled I couldn't even use the conveniences as all the shops had shut. They wanted £26 for this service so I refused to pay because of the service and because I usually pay £20.

Dont use this car/taxi company

Dont use this car/taxi company. Very un-reliable and dont come in time. I booked a taxi to pick me at the airport and when I called them, I was told to wait 50 min before my arrival. Please use this company at all.
