Might as well call it NO GAINS. Over 1000 spins , 1-2 dollars a spin. Never hit anything more than 6 dollars hit 1 bonus game for 8 dollars. Save your money or go to a different platform . There excuse will be" well all spins are random" blah blah blah. Never seen a platform be this bad

I am writing this review because Gains .com has banned my account and is withholding my $400 redemption. Upon opening my account, I completed the required "live check" and ID verification process, which was successfully approved, confirming my identity. However, after I requested a redemption for $400, my account was suddenly banned. Support informed me the ban was due to my device being "already tied to another account." I recently purchased this phone second-hand, and I have no control over its previous history. Given that I have already passed the "live check" verification to prove I am a real, unique individual, using a previous owner's device history as a reason to seize my funds is unfair and deceptive.I am requesting that Gains honors my $400 redemption and clarifies why a successful ID check was not sufficient to prove my account's legitimacy. Even spam there email still no response

Well the 1-star reviews aren’t wrong! They just did the same stuff to my wife. It was her second redemption, profited, then she got the doomed email saying her account was flagged for multiple devices BS, and now she is out $319 bucks because of this lower than dog shit site. 100% STAY AWAY!!!!

Just wanted to share my experience with Gains.com so hopefully fewer people fall for this kind of establishment. My experience was terrible.

I made two Google Pay purchases in August 2025. One was $24.99 on August 14, and the other was $39.99 on August 15. I received the GC and free SC, played through their ridiculous playthrough requirements, won fairly, and submitted a $700 redemption to my debit card.

Instead of paying me, Gains.com closed my account and accused me of violating their terms by supposedly having more than one account or using a device tied to another account.

That is false. I never made duplicate accounts. I know social casinos look for any little thing they can use to deny valid redemptions, so I am extremely careful with that stuff. I only use payment methods in my own name, never make duplicate accounts, and make sure I follow their terms because I know that is exactly the kind of excuse they use to void winnings and close accounts.

Again:

The debit card used was in my name.
The purchases were approved and completed.
The playthrough was completed.
The redemption was legitimate.
I never made any duplicate accounts.

Redemption still denied. Account permanently closed.

Their email claimed they issued a refund for my last purchase, but I never received that refund either.

So from my point of view,
they accepted my money,
refused to pay my legitimate $700 winnings,
closed my account over what looks like a made-up reason,
and hid behind a vague terms violation without providing me with any proof of wrongdoing.

That is shady, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.

Be extremely careful with Gains.com.
They had no problem taking my purchases, but once I won and tried to redeem, everything suddenly became a “terms violation.”

In my opinion, this is exactly the kind of behavior people should be warned about before spending money there or on any social casino site.

I’m new to this platform but have played many others. Good games and plenty of them. Good new player deals. Easy deposit, and the easiest & fastest redemption process I’ve dealt with. Made a few purchases equaling about $100, won $1300, took a few hours to and after the verification process finished. But once they were done, they approved my redemption and it was in my account within minutes. I’ve played on almost all of the platforms, no one has been that fast!

They tricked us into making early withdrawals, but now withdrawals have completely stopped, and no one is responding, which never went through, and with no support. On top of that, we were banned from their platform I've lost a significant amount of money and it's been extremely frustrating. # gcasco # has never disappointed they process withdrawals promptly and treat their customers with respect. That's why I trusted them completely.

Idk what people are talking about bc this site is the Goat! They paid me out instantly unlike 99% of other sites and verification was easy and seamless! I will definitely recommend this site! Great job Gains!

I purchased $9.99 coin package earlier today and this Gains ripped me off the coins never showed up on my account . I have Cash App whom is my direct deposit getting in touch with them soon once they take the purchase of pending . I have purchased two times before in the last week with these crooks and I got horrible play my money went so fast with no bonus play and no descent hit win at all . Horrible casino SCAMMERS

Honest site , Redemption times are super quick.

I've been playing on here since October, and it's absolutely been the most reliable site I've played on when it comes to cashouts. I kind of remember the verification process being a little more complicated than some, but I was thorough and uploaded everything they asked for to verify identity. I've made at least two dozen cashouts straight to Venmo and they've asked me to reverify maybe once. Redemptions from 100-1000 usually take less than 5 minutes and the ones I've done for 2-3k have only taken 2-3 hours maximum. I've never had a single issue cashing out and I definitely have receipts to prove it. This site is absolutely not a scam and most gamblers on here yapping about account closures and not getting paid are intentionally trying to skirt the terms and conditions of playing. I don't usually write reviews for hardly anything, but I wanted to take 5 minutes to share my personal experience. I do wish they offered more deposit bonuses, but when the payouts are so easy and fast, it's really hard to justify playing anywhere else. I play on a few other sites/apps when they offer bonuses but most of my business will stay with these guys for the foreseeable future. Take it from me after the first time you win 100SC or more and redeem it, good luck on winning anything big after that! Not to mention what I redeemed the first time is what I put on there! This game used to be fun, but now all they do is take, take, take! I even recommended this game to 3 or 4 people and not one of them play it anymore. I'm going to give it a go one more time and if nothing happens after that, i'm gonna stick to what I know and where I win at! At least you win over there! I'll update real soon!!!

it s a good website but not available for some city

Deposited thousands, finally hit some big bonuses after hours of spins and got up 50K. This morning I got an email saying my account was permanently closed due to violations of ToS - I have no idea what I violated (no VPN, no multiple accounts, completed all verifications). When emailing support, I kept receiving generic emails from their AI agents telling me to email support. Stay away!!

UPDATE:

They stated the reason for banning account was they found “patterns” of “non-recreational” gameplay, and that I was a professional player. Horrible experience. Tried 2 small deposits on 2 seperate days and still never played one game on there. One on March 4th using my debit card and last night was eth deposit.. Customer service is an endless AI loop its ridiculous. They just keep repeating in an email that It takes twelve confirmations on the blockchain For your ethereum to go through and it instantly went through with over hundreds of confirmations yet my account still was not credited. I would suggest staying far away from them. I was looking for a new one to play at since hellomillions is holding my withdraw hostage, but this definitely ain't the one!
