Solid prices but packaging is rather atrocious… bunny ears, split seams, damaged covers during the transportation due to poor shipping practices and low quality materials that are being used for shipping purposes. Think twice.

The seller not respond to customer messages. I ordered via amazon.de I have send the seller via Amazon 2 messages with very important questions both messages not have getting any reply within 48 hours. I have send funrecords another message via Amazon so its 3 messages in total,i doubd it that get any respons from funrecords.de even if i get help it would not change the fact that funrecords is fully wrong. Its never an good start if an seller not reply to seller messages.I want to report this seller but the report button on Amazon is defect or the seller have done some shysty tricks to prevent me from doing an report about seller funrecords.de. After i paid for my order the item was stil advertised for sail on his own german webshop funrecords.de,its an red flag to me,i have confronted the seller with it and now today the item is out on stock on funrecords.de own german webshop,thats also an red flag to me,it seems like that the seller is misleading me,an item that i have buyd should be emediatly after my purchase no longer on stock.The conclusion is:now after my complainment the item is out of stock on funrecords.de its an red flag to me,i have complaind directly to the Amazon custumer service about this seller. The track and trace code dont show much it only shows that the item was handed over to the postal service on 21 november 2025.This seller funrecords.de also sells on discogs,i never trust an seller that sells via discogs,sellers on discogs are known for scaming custumers.Something says me that i have to be very aware of this seller funrecords.de I see over here on trustpilot that many customers recently have complaind about the same issues with
funrecords.de. If my order dont get delivered within at latest and no longer than 3 days after the final delivery date than i do an az guarantee request claim against funrecords.de I also will make online reviews about amazon germany and amazon india with funrecords mentioned in each review. Amazon Germany is in partnership with amazon india thats why i will make online reviews about both organisations. Funrecords you better make shure that i get where i have paid for ,if not i will also go to the cops for online webshop fraud and scams etcetera. After my third message the seller respond without helping nor answering to my questions.The seller only read the final message that i have send while i in each message reffering to my previous messages. No offered appoligies from the seller. The seller explaind that i can contact him via his own german webshop funrecordords while an rule on Amazon is that an seller have to respond and have to help to customer messages that the customer have send via amazon. Pretty nice place to stock up on CDs if you're into German imports like I am.

I've ordered 200+ CDs from funrecords over the years and have had no issues: Good prices, shipping is dirt cheap for overseas, orders are usually sent in under 4 business days but can take longer.

Item condition can be somewhat iffy, some stuff was clearly used but a lot of CDs were unplayed, I don't recommend this place if you are looking for CDs (Or records.) in top condition, but I've never received anything that was horribly damaged and unplayable.

Wrong item sent, poor communication, and very deceitful. Look elsewhere.

After being a loyal costumer for 20+ years there high service is down the drain completely.
Recently ordered a lot of CD’s, spread over a few weeks apart like i always did.
They always merged the orders every time without problem.
With the last order they cancelled all previous orders without a reminder, that’s strange i thought but maybe they made a mistake.
After contacting them they just said, re-order!.
What they didn’t tell is that raised the prices of only the items i previously ordered with 40-60%

That’s a shame to do that to your loyal costumers.

I guess they don’t want to sell or keep there costumers happy so they do more purchases in the future.

As an international buyer, I enjoyed online shopping with FunRecords. There is lots of choice and I was already amazed with the amount of records that were for sale. I knew that I would always receive my orders and these records were well packaged and protected each time. It would take three weeks+ for this to arrive without any updated information or a provided tracking number. I live in the Netherlands, so I can't tell why that would take so long between Germany and the Netherlands. I haven't seen the warehouse whether that is in Berlin or Hamburg, so there is nothing I could say about that.

Happy customer of Funrecords.de since the 90es (with the paper catalogue). Hundreds of thousands of secondhand records at cheap price, all kinds of bands / artists / compilations / soundtracks /classical to be found. Serious service with notifications about availability, payment, shipping. Strong careful packing. 99,9% of the records in excellent condition - some even new/sealed. Vielen Dank !
