I ordered a bra from this company it is not the correct size and the material has no support.i contacted the company and the offered me £3 refund I have sent an email saying that it's not acceptable and want a full refund .it also took a long time to arrive

I'd give zero if I could, they are shocking.
Theye taken forever to arrive, even though it was meant to be from the Uk

I ordered 3 bras, I ordered a size larger to allow for any issues, the cup sizes werent too bad but, the material was so awful.. I told them there would never be any support. I asked for a refund and they offered my £2 as a good will gesture for a £20 purchase. I told them that was an insult and what they'd sent was not what they were advertising.
I've not had a reply back since

I bought 2 eyeliner pencils that I’d seen well advertised on FB and Instagram with good reviews at the time. Later I discovered the advert featured the same woman/women, but were attached to several different selling sites addresses.
But this was the site that I’d ordered from in the UK. The pencils took weeks to arrive and when they did, I tested the colour on the back of my hand. The first pencil the nib came completely off and there was nothing inside of the pencil at all. The same happened with the 2nd pencil the nib come right off, but there was product in this one. I photographed the two pencils, the packaging they’d arrived in and including the delivery time etc. I attached the information and pictures to a email and sent immediately to the company. There response was,
“ there was nothing wrong with the product at all and in their opinion they were fine”. Despite me sending pictures proving otherwise. I was told to ‘shapen’ the other pencil. But this one just crumbled into bits and wouldn’t even make a point that would have made the pencil usable. After several days and about 10/15 emails back and forth with what could have only been considered a BOT.
And Even though I’d sent evidence that they were not fit for purpose, They still said their product was perfect.
I was told I could send the products back to China at my cost which would have be very expensive they said or I could accept £2 as good will. I even sent copies of the consumer act etc, but I still got nowhere with this company. Eventually after almost loosing the will to live, I reluctantly accepted their maximum offer of £4. This company are scammers! The product is rubbish and not fit for purpose. I’ve since seen reviews on here and on FB & Instagram that are filtering through, from people with the same complaints. Mine has now also being added(for now) . I guess at some point the companies will remove the bad ones and fill in with the own fake glowing reviews? Buyers be where. Check reliable review sites like this one first. Or just stick to the trusted high street brands.

Completely misleading- Claims to be a small husband and wife run rustic uk company - yeh right, it’s really a Chinese company selling cheap tat using a uk web address.
Quality of items is very poor - fabric is very thin and completely transparent, Sizing is completely wrong too - not uk sizes. Poor finishing with stitching coming undone and fabric causing severe skin irritation .
Don’t fall for all their social media posts and hype its quality of products is complete rubbish. Advertisement and description is completely misleading- the garment I received looks nothing like what the model is wearing. Looks like a completely different garment.
Gone straight in bin - not fit for purpose. This company refuses returns or refunds.
Complete scammers, please read all the other negative reviews for this company before making purchases, they are all genuine & true. avoid this company.
Update; 2 weeks after it was delivered by Evri and I’m still receiving emails with tracking information, stating it’s in transit in the United States. Absolutely useless.

I ordered two eyeliner pencils from this company, which took over five weeks to arrive. When they finally did, I followed the sharpening instructions carefully—but both pencils snapped and crumbled, making them completely unusable.

I reached out to customer service to resolve the issue, but most of the replies I received seemed to be AI generated and failed to address my actual concerns. After several unhelpful interactions, I gave up entirely.

This was a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. The products were not fit for purpose, and the lack of real customer support only made it worse. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

If I could put zero i would, took forever to come, bra size i requested was 6XL, it would not have an L size. Silly me for trying another Chinese company, they just Don't understand sizing. I ordered 2 sizes up from what I needed because I knew they would come out smaller than UK, but of course they haven't replied, they don't care once they have their money, because they never refund anything any way!! I'm going to make sure I report them on Facebook every time their advert comes up and any other company that advertises these bras, because it is probably the same people selling them, just a complete rip off.

My top was way too small as their size guide is not easy to navigate,they suggest go up a size which I did and it would not go over my bust.
Contacted support and they would not accept a return for a refund and offered me 2.00 gbp disgraceful.

Not a great company orderd my item on 6.6.2025to date still not here.

I really impressed with this lil gadget! Does exactly what it claims and feels sturdy enough to last. Adjusting is kinda easy even for someone whos not very good at DIY stuff. My daily routine now easier and smoother. If you want convenience and practicality, this ones a solid choice.

I waited forever like 2 weeks but it finally arrived and seems pretty solid, does exactly whats expected.

Item took about 2 weeks to get here and packaging was kinda meh but it does the job pretty fine, quality seems decent enough so cant complain, delivery coulda been quicker tho.

Don’t use this company .. I I thought I was paying £9.99 for eye liner pencil and was charged twice this due to transport costs which were not made clear at the time of purchase .. the product was clearly coming from overseas .. I still have not received the product after weeks of ordering

This is possibly the worst supplier I have ever dealt with. I ordered a powerbank and was over charged at the out set, however I did get the over charge back. I then tried to cancel the order all within 34 hours. But this proved impossible. The item arrived but it doesn't work at all. I have have complained and the best they could do was offer me a £3 compensation award. I have had numerous emails back and too but to no avail. They have just stollen my money. I am going to report this issue to the trading standards as I believe people like this should be prevented from trading.

I would give it zero stars! Wish I'd read reviews first. As others have said, awful material, too small, material where fastenings are, is awful and scratchy. Offered me £2 refund!! It's a terrible company!

It wouldn't let you continue with your purchase even though all the details that i entered are correct that I entered in the boxes on the website purchase section

Ordered 3 bras on 20th May and in fairness they arrived today 29th May so can't complain about that. But the quality of them is appalling. The material is so flimsy, like tissue paper, I was afraid I'd put my finger through it. Also I thought I was ordering from a UK company but tracking details showed it was coming from USA. In future I'll read reviews before ordering anything but I will not be ordering from this company again.

NO REFUND OR RETURN POLICY - BE AWARE
This is a terrible company - takes forever for goods to ship, but most importantly - there is no stipulated returns policy, meaning if you order the wrong thing, or it doesn't fit you- cannot actually return the goods or get a refund. I've just sent many emails back and fourth "negotiating" on what compensation they can give to me instead of a full refund for a return. Go to Temu or Shein where you can buy the goods, and return them with a paid for QR code and no quibbles.
In 2025 - this is just ridiculous

Wouldn't allow a return. So left with huge bras that don't fit
