Generally great experience. Only thing I’d say is it was quick from preparing order to receiving the following day which is great but I didn’t see in time and was too late to defer a couple of weeks. Love the product though!

I really didn't like the taste, and the texture was very gritty. I was hoping for more from the products.

The Greens are not meant to dissolve fully, as we use real wholefood ingredients rather than extracts. This is to support better absorption, but it can mean the texture feels a little more natural and slightly gritty compared to more processed blends.
If you would prefer a smoother experience, you could try blending it into a juice or smoothie, which many people find works really well.

Does what is says.
I rake my magnesium tablets every night , faithfully. They have enabled me to go off to sleep easily. When I wake to go to the loo, I am able to fall asleep quickly too.
My only gripe is that I need to break the tablets in two. I think this is something that should be addressed for what is an excellent product otherwise.

Love their protein shakes.
I have been ordering Freesoul magnesium, protein powder and myoinositol for my wife. i have seen good changes in her health and energy when she is consistent with this along with her other lifestyle changes. the team members have always been quick and very helpful in resolving all my queries and have given satisfactory responses. Difficult to cancel subscriptions.
I emailed to cancel and they came back with counter offers to entice to stay. Still waiting for them to action my request. It’s not possible when you manage subscription- only option to pause or bring forward.
