I gave a 4 since I received matte prints and I presumed I would be asked again if I wanted matte instead of glossy. I did not have the chance to choose again. I preferred the glossy having tried both. So gave a 4

I’m super grateful for the opportunity…
I’m super grateful for the opportunity to print photos for free, but honestly the quality is quite poor. I can understand that it couldn’t be great, because you don’t pay for the service or materials (just for the delivery as they describe), but you have to be ready for this and understand the reality. I was doubting between 3 and 4 starting.. because the idea and opportunity are great, but the quality leaves much to be desired.
But again thank you!

The postal is slow
The postal is slow, the pics are standard quality. Probably cheaper to buy local after postage costs but it’s convenient just leave plenty of time for delivery

Ive started printing my little ones pictures,they will be in an album now and not just my phone,which would very nice for him to have when he gets older!

Easy to choose pictures you want. New feature to have place and date details printed on the back is useful. Although I wasn't sure if it had worked until they arrived as the "invoice" was a bit confusing. It said 26 pictures but only 1 for date and place. Good quality prints

Ordered 6 8 x 10 inch prints which came…
Ordered 6 8 x 10 inch prints which came withbgh free smaller prints. All 6 small photos came back perfect but one of the larger prints had the bottom cut off. I was told it mas my fault as I hadn't cropped the image. How could it be correct on the smaller print but not on the big one. I didnt crop any of the picture's so woukd not understand this

Photos will print just as they are submitted to our team - while most photos will align correctly within the provided space, the aspect ratio from photo to photo can vary. As such, when blowing the image up onto a larger print size, it may not fill all the available space without some of the cropping mentioned. This is not a fully automated process, and we recommend prints are checked before the order is submitted, just to ensure there's no issues. Unfortunately we are limited to a refund as the replacement would arrive just the same, and we are again sorry for the inconvenience caused.
