Bought a black, quilted women's jacket last year, was a great price of $19.99, as it was an "end of the year" sale. I believe originally, it cost $129.00. I would never have paid full price for this jacket. It is made poorly, the polyester is coming out from the quilted stitching already. Have worn it a handful of times. I have washed it once, gently and this still happened. Not worth any price. I emailed FREE COUNTRY, but never heard back.

The worst customer service. If you call you get disconnected - multiple times happened to me today. If you email you are never responded to.

Horrible experience. Said the coat was down, but all tags say polyester fill. No down. False advertising. I complained and still was charged a $9 return fee. Disputed it with my credit card company

Extremely disappointed with Free Country’s return policy and lack of customer service. A top purchased online for $32.40 as a Christmas gift was returned because it was far too large. The item was not on clearance, unused, and the return was initiated within the allowed return window.

Despite meeting all stated return requirements, $9.00 was deducted for return shipping, and the total refund issued was only $4.00. That means out of a $32.40 purchase, only $4 was actually returned.

This was never clearly disclosed at checkout, and attempts to contact customer service for an explanation have gone unanswered.

This feels misleading and unfair to consumers. I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from Free Country — their return policy does not align with reasonable customer expectations.

I am considering filing complaints with consumer protection agencies and sharing this experience publicly so others are aware.

I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered an embroidered jacket and received the wrong item and wrong embroidery. No answer to the multiple emails sent, no response from the phone calls I made. I did receive the correct item in February, my original order was made in November. I will NOT be a returning customer. Buyer beware

UPDATE: I was given a past USPS tracking number that was delivered in October 2024 to a different state (I placed the order in January 2025). I disputed the charge with my credit card. Very scammy company.

No way to cancel or change an order, even if you notice an issue immediately after ordering. No customer support number. The support number on the Shop app is scammy, trying to promote a medical device. Beware. Wish I would have done more research before ordering. I reached out via chat and email to change the shipping address, and support was unhelpful. Will not be ordering again if I ever get my items (it’s accidentally being shipped to my parents in another state).

Love the ladies trail pants...nice quality thick fabric...has pockets which are very much needed when I go out..
The fit is awesome..even slimming...if you are self-conscious. These pant can dressed up or casual.....they wash well no shrinkage or any damage.
The price is fair and shipping is fast....have no negative experience regarding this company.
I have purchased 3 pairs of these trail pants.
