Will come up with some reason to not pay you
Won money while my KYC was in process and they all of a sudden come back and say I have multiple accounts which is a load of crap. I asked for proof and sent several emails and have been 100% ignored on all front. BEWARE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME. Toss these thieves in with the rest of the evil fraudsters in this category.

11/06/26 I was playing fortune wins!
11/06/26 I was playing fortune wins, just really enjoying the game!! I would hit a little and lose a little. Kept playing for a long time. I bet a little more and then it was time for me to win some as I hit enough to redeem, so I went and put in my redemption. Just waiting until my money hits my account thank you so much!!

Fast redemption. Great games
I hadn’t played on Fortune Wins in a while, but thought I’d give them a try again. I ended up winning and cashed out. Quick redemption process too. Recommend!

The site has gone severely downhill as of late. They used to process redemptions same day or next day at latest. Ive now been waiting 5+ days for and still isnt processed. When I contact support they give very generic responses. I have been a loyal player for years but after this redemption processes (if it even does) I will not be back. You lost a longtime, loyal customer with your lousy unhelpful support and long drawn out redemption times. Its obvious your business models have changed to slow pay the players in hopes they reverse and lose it back. Also your rewards went to trash.
