I am so impressed with this company! Incredible prices with excellent quality and customer service. I already have purchased and received another jersey and I'm likely to order more in the future.

I ordered a jersey on October 9th. Everything was seemingly going well. The tracking was updating properly and everything was going smoothly. Until October 29th where i noticed the shipment tracking was no longer updating. I contacted them via email and they gave me an excuse saying it was because of the holiday season when the holiday season wasn’t for another month and a half. When i raised my concerns about the shipment not updating, they ended up sending me the same link to the same tracking info i already had access to. They didn’t solve my problem at all. I’ve tried to contact them through phone and all i get is a voicemail (and i do call at reasonable hours.) As well, my card ended up getting hacked not too long after this purchase.

Long story short though. I still have not received the jersey and it is now November 18th. Its been 40 days. Still nothing. I’m highly disappointed because this was supposed to be a birthday present. I feel bad that I had them excited just for them to not even receive it.

I don’t recommend ordering from here. As well if you look at any reviews for other soccer websites, their reviews are just as bad. I say if you want to order a jersey try to really do your research. I did prior to ordering, and the reviews on here were really good seemingly but don’t let that fool you. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Great customer service. One shirt lost in USPS land so refunded ASAP. No questions if you want to return a shirt for any reason

Price, quality, quick shipping. I did most of my grandsons Christmas shopping from this web site and hope they are as happy as I am. And I really hope there is know problems should they have to return anything.

If I could give this a lower score I would! I ordered this well over a month ago and have yet to receive my shirt. They wanted to know how my experiences has been well it sucks! I paid for something that I haven’t received! I would like it if they just refunded me my money and kept the shirt.

Top notch service and the quality is way more than expected. I’m always a bit leery from buying sites I don’t know. Football-World was in constant communication and was delivered across the pond in a timely manner. Highly recommend to my Americans soccer peeps to order from Football-World.
