Terrible battery

I recently purchased a device from your store which was labeled as having 98% battery health.
However, after checking the device using the 3uTools diagnostic application, the battery health is reported at approximately 85%, which is a significant difference from what was advertised.

I ordered an iPhone 14 Pro Max listed in “excellent condition” from FoneZone, but upon receiving it, I immediately noticed serious issues. The phone was not working shows black screen, and there was visible adhesive around the edges, suggesting it may have been previously opened or poorly repaired.

I contacted their support within one hour of delivery, but received no response. Because of this, I filed a complaint with Dubai Consumer Protection. Only after the complaint was submitted did they finally respond and ask me to return the device.

After I sent the phone back, they claimed the device had no screws and stated it had been previously opened. They then requested that I pay repair costs before they would ship it back to me.

This experience has been very disappointing and far from what was advertised. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before purchasing from this seller.

AVOID THEM --- Misleading listing, hidden fees, and poor support.

I ordered an iPad through their KSA app, and at no point during checkout were customs fees clearly disclosed. Prices were shown in SAR and i assumed there was no reason to expect extra charges after payment(terrible mistake). I did ask after my email confirmation if there was any extra charges, but they said i didn't need to worry. Only later did I find out about customs fees, which they now claim I should have “assumed” because the company is based in the UAE. That’s not transparency at all.

On top of that, the device was listed as “excellent condition”, yet it arrived with visible scratches. Even worse, the battery health was advertised as 98% on the label i recieved, but when I checked it using 3uTools, it showed around 85%. That’s not a small difference but rather a completely different level of wear.

When I reached out, support focused more on deflecting than actually addressing these issues.

Overall, this felt misleading from multiple angles, with all the hidden costs, inaccurate product condition, and poor communication. If you’re considering buying from them. DON'T BOTHER.

Fonezone.me IPhone 15 Pro Max

Managed to buy an iPhone 15 pro max.
I requested a colour but it was not available and changed to another. But they asked me, if I approve. Once I received the phone. It took total of 5 days to ship but they took a day or two to ship. I paid customs and the device was delivered. When I received the phone, it was in excellent condition..battery is 100% repair history shows genuine display. Checked the IMEI and it's an American Model modified for the Chinese market. No visible scratches. Tried the device, all regular stuff like WiFi, Bluetooth, cameras, facetime, imesaage, and all that. Almost new. Came in a box with matching IMEI and an iPhone charger with their brand. I had an issue where I received dual physical SIM card, even though I asked for 1 physical and 1 e-sim. I contacted them and offered to replace but it will take 7 days. I just looked around and found 9esim as a workaround..

Overall, the customer service is very responsive within working hours. The device is great.

Good before, but this time really disappointing

I’ve bought phones and even an Apple Watch from Fonezone before, and everything was fine. That’s why I trusted them again.

But this time the experience was really disappointing. The iPhone I received is clearly not in original condition. The serial shows Black Titanium, but the phone has a Natural Titanium body, which looks like a body swap.

On top of that, the front camera is slightly misaligned, and there’s a black mark when taking wide-angle selfies. The body fit also doesn’t feel proper.

This is the first time I’ve had an issue with them, but honestly it’s a big one. I’ve already requested a refund and hope they handle it properly.

Just be careful when ordering — quality doesn’t seem consistent.
