ordered already several times, always good experience, products arrived in good quality as expected, not next day but at a very good price. Never had a warranty issue, so cannot rate this.

Really bad experience ! First of all you request signature for a really small value of item. Then you are dealing with planzer that they lied that they were here and rang my doorbell and never left a note for collection ! And now they don’t have drivers for delivery ! Never again sorry

Ordered a charger, cheapest on switzerland, and arrived as expected, without any issues. Maybe a bit delay on processing, but this could be from the supplier

Good pricing - good delivery (ahead of time) - one star off for mostly doing drop shipping and not allowing returning/cancel orders.

I had an initial concern about the order processing time, and the Foletti Computer team was incredibly responsive and helpful right away. They addressed my questions immediately, and to my surprise, the product (robot vacuum) was delivered the very next day! The item was also packed extremely well and delivered in a very professional manner. This level of expedited service and customer care is truly impressive. Highly recommend them for their commitment to the customer!

Delivery was late (Thursday moved to Friday with no explanation, then to Monday with no explanation) making me lose 3 full days of having to stay at home for the delivery.

Appalling lack of communication on the seller part (on Friday I inform about the non-existent delivery, then I receive an email to tell me to rate the - not received - product). When I finally did receive a feedback it was rude and non professionnal accusing me if diffamation when I only stated facts (nothing received yet and no customer service to speak of).

The product has finally arrived but I would still highly not recommend this experience.

Very negative experience. I received a used card even though I paid for a new one. Delivery took two weeks longer than stated originally. After finalizing the payment delivery date was changed. When I complained about the they sent me a used card and submitted the photos requested by the shop, the shop simply replied: "all ok, if you have further problems inform." When I asked to replace the used card with a new one, they broke off communication. I would be cautious before ordering expensive or critical parts from Foletti Computer.

I ordered an electronic product. Sadly, they sent me a version with as plug not CH. Therefor I contacted them, informing them that they send me an not CH product, and that adapter were needed. I asked them if they prefered to take back the product (since it didn't correspond to the descript product on their website) OR if they wanted to send me the adapter. They didn't accepted to take back the product and asked that I pay for the adapter. I refused, since the error was on their side (the description page didn't annouce that it was a product from abroad, not CH). They were not supporting at all. So I announced them that I would involve my legal protection. At that point, they started to be really roud and insulting, saying that they didn't need customer like me... in the meantime, they took my money and I have a product which is not compatible.

I made a mistake ordering the wrong Samsung TV. I contacted FOLETTI minutes later and they refused to make any effort to stop or change the order. Their excuse was that online orders go directly to their warehouse. A message, email, telephone etc. would have been fast and easy. I told them I did not understand but they did not respond a second time. It was my mistake but this lack of flexibility & interest in customer service tell me this is not a place I will work with in the future.

Shipping was a bit long as they had to wait for stock, and it was not very clear when buying, either the delivery date. Also, they do not provide return and reimbursement in case the product doesn't satisfy your needs. But the support via email was quite fast, thank you!
