This company is the largest scammer on the internet. Bought items since Jan 16th 2023,they sent a fake tracking link after two months l received a email items delivered which never showed up on my doorstep.lnforned them and they claim to be investigating for three to four months later said 90% refund will be sent back to my account that dragged for another three months.Finally on Jan 12th,2024 the assumed dubious customer service team via email again request l provide proof of purchase receipt which l did and when no response after two to three weeks l decided to check out the store online and the notice said the store was closed.
It is obvious they have blocked my contact and scammed me of my $45.
STRONGLY ADVISE BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS FOGETHER SCAMMER COMPANY THEY OPERATE WITH DIFFERENT NAMES AND PLACES

I ordered clothes in january and have…

I ordered clothes in january and have yet to receive them. I ordered from two other sites similar to fogether and it turns out those two sites are offshoots of each other. I didnt receive my orders from these sites moulant and romedress. Twice I received fake diamond rings being told this was their gift to me, which I didnt want, but was told this was their way of making sure the address was correct. Now I am waiting for my refund with no results on that score either and will only get 60%. I have all the emails and one email I received from Temu had the same person answering the email from on of the other 3. So I am really disappointed since I get my orders in a timely manner from Temu.

Zero Stars rating if I could. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are scammers. Take you money, pretend to deliver using fake delivery tracking and they just keep fobbing you off if you manage to get a reply. SCAM WEB SITE.

Fogether is a Scam
I ordered a dress from this company but I never received it. When I emailed them to ask for my dress, they claimed that it was already shipped, and delivered. After many emails, they agreed to send me an other dress at no cost to me, but they never send it. It’s has been 5 months now. After many dead in communication, I told them to cancel the dress and refund me the money. Even then, they still wanted negotiate to give less than I paid it. It’s going on 6 months, but I received $0.😩
The following some emails replies from them whenever I ask for a refund.

It’s a pity that you did not receive the package. We do not want such a terrible thing to happen, and we understand your mood. We know that every order and every package carries the strong expectations and love of customers. Our aim has always been to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience.

As soon as the incident happened, we contacted the logistics company, hoping that the logistics company could make financial compensation so that we can also provide a better balance for customers. The logistics company rejected our claim, so we got nothing.

But we can't let you bear this loss,we are willing to make resend to you at no extra cost.

1. Will you sign for the second package? Please let us know your idea.

2. If you are unwilling to wait and will refuse the second package, please tell us, we will continue to negotiate other solutions

Nothing but a bunch of crooks

Nothing but a bunch of crooks. They claimed they made the shipment but it never took place. Not only nothing was received but after 15 messages they refused to tell me the name of the shipper and airway bill number of the shipment. Refused to refund 100pct of the purchase. Goods never received and I am convinced they never even shipped any goods.

Absolute scam!
Should’ve done prior research. Company is Fadel-Beatty based in Ireland.
You will never see your goods or money again.
Have been waiting over 90 days now.
My fault placing trust in these rats!
Anything where Fadel-Beatty is concerned is a scam, address is a scummy office on an estate in Ireland.
Is a front for scammers based in China.

On January 21

On January 21, I was on a social media platform when an advertisement was pushed it had lovely African and Sunday outfits. I placed an order on the website but never received the goods. I contacted the customer service by email was informed that because I refused to accept delivery they would only refund 50% of my funds. I asked for the paperwork from their logistics company to no avail, so we proceeded to negotiate my refund, with the customer service agreeing to refund 90%. Below is the last email correspondence I received from them on March 02:
Dear customer,
Please be assured that I have urged the Finance Department to process your order refund, and we'll let you know when we return your money back.
The refund process will take some time, thank you again for your understanding.
Till now I haven’t heard nor received my refund. Unfortunately, I used my debit card and my bank doubts recovery of my money.

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking. Waited 3 months for my delivery, when I query the delivery, they constantly fob me off with lame excuses, ive come to terms with the fact the parcel isn't coming and that these are a sham company.After weeks of email back and forth they offered me a 50% refund then 70% refund. I still have no delivery and no refund. Stay away from this company.
