While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Terrible Customer Service
We purchased a product based on the details shown on their website. We received the exhaust from the company, and it did not come with a clamp-like they even showed on their website for that style of bike. When I called, they said to use adhesive, which I told them we would instead return the muffler then since it did not come with a clamp-like we were looking for, and if it had been shown that way on the website, we would not have bought it to start with. I was then just told the website information is outdated and you can't go by that, and since we tried to install the exhaust, it was not returnable. Then, after I told them again we were going off the information they were putting out there, they hung the phone on me. I would not advise working with them and would look for other places. You have issues if you don't know what you are putting on your website.
