Better than Interflora
I highly recommend The Flower Club. The bouquet I sent as a gift was so beautiful and the customer service was excellent. I have used Interflora many times and I have to say The Flower Club is much better value for money and the arrangements are more stylish. Give them a go.

When I searched online in safari for our local florist Ivy and Twig in Macleod, Flower Club appeared and took over my enquiry. I thought my order for a bouquet would be placed with Ivy and Twig but it was not. A small bouquet with about ten roses was delivered the next day and was just lefty on our doorstep without any doorbell or phone all to my wife to advise delivery was being made. Without this phone call, my wife did not find the flowers until late afternoon, and with it being a hot day, the flowers did not last long out of water and they wilted and did after only a few days. Paying over a hundred dollars for a small bouquet that only lasted a few days is not good value for money Abd I will not be using flower club again, next time I’ll time I’ll ring the florist directly!

After fully investigating your order with the manager, we have found out that there are numerous false statements in your review that I wanted to correct with you!!
1. "Flower Club appeared and took over my enquiry" I don't understand what do you mean by this. You happily clicked on our website, chose your product, entered your details and placed an order. The URL and the logo is everwhere and you were fully aware which florist you are placing your order with!
2. "A small bouquet with about ten roses" The delivered bouquet was exactly identical to the picture on the website made of daily fresh roses and premium gum leaves (pictured proof with date and delivery log is available).
3. "was delivered the next day" you have placed your order on December 24, 2021 @ 8:02 am. and it was delivered on December 24, 2021 @ 1:42 pm. !!! The driver rang the bell and waited for 1:56 minutes. You have typed yourself in the order note that "If no answer at the front door, leave flowers by side gate" while our driver left it at the front door in a complete shade which is much safer than the sidegate; please note that the drivers have the authority to leave even without ringing the bell specially during Covid time. You have also received delivery confirmation via email so you were aware that it got delivered (the billing and shipping address are the same and I am assuming you were expecting the bouquet at your own address on the same day).
4. The weather on December 24 forcasted less than room temperature and roses last up to one week. If they died earlier I am sure you should have contacted us earlier but now its 7 days after receiving your flowers.
YOU HAVE ENJOYED SAME DAY FREE DELIVERY ON THE DAY OF CHRISTMAS DURING COVID CRISIS AND IT IS HARD FOR US TO ACCEPT THESE FALSE STATEMENTS WHEN WE COMPARE THEM TO OUR VERIFIED RECORDS WITH EXACT DATE AND ADDRESS.
It is always recommended to double-check your order details or contact us via email to sort things out before sharing the wrong info that might confuse our future customers.
