Tara Moorman was amazing. We were able to book tickets from Sydney to Japan and back within two hours of deciding we wanted to go and depart the same night. Awesome service and she stayed back to make it happen. She also emailed us during the trip to see how it was going and offer her ongoing support. 110% recommend

Billiarna (Kotara) is amazing. This is our second engagement with her since December 2025 and this trip was seamless (our first trip was too). Billi is courteous, efficient and super competent, she even followed up on our return to make sure we were back safely. Cannot recommend her highly enough. We'll be back a third (and fourth) time for sure.

Shout out to Katrina Murphy, Senior consultant at flight Centre Kotara. Katrina is our go to person for all our travel needs. Katrina is highly responsive, and manages to get us flights at great prices. We've also had the need to make changes whilst we were away and Katrina has managed everything quickly and professionally. Our extended family are also now benefiting from Katrina's expertise.

The time allocated by our agent Louise to find the best flights,insurance and car hire is just fantastic.
We both know that when we start our journey that help is always at hand.

I have never met Ashley, my dealings with her were by phone. She obviously knows her job, nothing was too much trouble and she was always very helpful, polite and respectful. Her expertise in booking our cruise for 12 people in 6 cabins was done exceptionally well. I would, without exception, highly recommend her.
