Great service from caring staff , Balveer is great at his job and has made booking our cruise easy

My agent Roger is very helpful. Has a good knowledge of the whole holiday ,travel experience.

I found flightcentre to be highly responsive. My online booking was hiding and they found it with one call. The next booking at the shop front was efficeint, saved me money n much easier than the online, competitive and face to face will bring me back to my local office. I like the face to face more.

Melanie has been a font of information regarding our September Japan trip. She’s waded through flights putting 5 far flung people in the one place at the same time and found us accommodation also suitable to 5 whose age range is 11-81, a very promising start to a memorable holiday.

I had appointment with Hildy yesterday at Hinkler Branch Bundaberg, she is always so helpful in making, arrangements for us so much easier then trying to do it ourselves like insurance , currency exchange and cards, explaining transfers on and off both plains and cruises, It’s always a pleasure to have Hildy handilying all of our trips , simplifies everything, So as we don’t have to worry about anything , always will book through Hildy at Flight Centre At Hinkler

We made an appointment to meet with our agent(Melanie Trani) to extend our overseas trip. She suggested a tour and quickly started organising the extension for us. Roger always does his best for me. But the prices flight centre can achieve aren't always the best . While still contemplating this trip Roger managed to achieve very good prices on everything so I booked immediately.
