I sent my fit bit via post to fix Fitbit’s, having sent them an email to see if they could fix my watch. They responded straight away and I’m pleased to say gave me clear instructions on how to send it to them and how long it would take to fix. They fixed my watch we needed a new strap and the watch reset as it was loosing time. They replaced the watch with a much better strap which I was so pleased with. I got my watch back within a week and was so happy with the results. I would highly recommend this company if you want a good repair done on your watch and it returned in quick time. 👍🏾

Excellent service and products. Ordered a Fitbit Versa 3 screen and strap. Order came within 2 days and we're good quality. Fitted both using the useful video. Would recommend the company.

Fix Fitbits was very quick with examining my wife's Fitbit and replacing the glass front cover which unfortunately was cracked. The time taken to repair was fast and the watch including the strap was also given a good clean.

Great communication and fast repair. My fitbit screen wouldn’t light up or display anything, after emailing for a quote with some detail on the issue i got a quick response and a reasonable price quoted. I sent my fitbit off and they confirmed delivery, and let me know when they sent it back to me. All in all it was less than a week turn around and cannot fault the customer service, timeframe and quality.
If you need somewhere to get a fitbit fixed i would definately use them! Saved me buying a whole new one!
