I bought the 'studio' reformer machine. Smooth, quiet - a pleasure to use. Aesthetically pleasing as well. Couldn't be happier. Communication good and delivery service excellent. I know I'm gushing but I just love it!
I purchased a pilates machine 5 weeks ago and continue to get told its coming but never get given shipping details. I was sent a photo of boxes being loaded onto a truck. This is a scam. Do not purchase through the company. Nothing ever came and ni contact number for the company
Took our money up front and no machines in Australia. They don't respond to emails and block your number so you can't contact them. It's a con, please don't fall for it as we did!
Ordered the Ultimate Booty Builder two months ago and I still haven't received it!!
I never received a tracking email or proof of purchase email until a month after purchase when I had to follow the business up. (I checked my junk)
They took weeks to get back to me.
I emailed them to let them know how disappointed I was and no surprise, I didn't get an email back.
Wouldn't recommend!
