We were unable to receive bus driver contact information until the day of our event. This did not give us enough time to ensure the driver understood the plan. Therefore, we had multiple guests waiting for the bus as it never showed during the second round of pickups to bring our guests to the venue. Many of our guests ended up having to use ride share which we wanted to avoid by having the bus charter for everyone.

Our school took the train from Chicago to Springfield.
The drivers always got us to our events early. Yet they were willing to accommodate minor changes.
One of our students left a fanny back with his phone on the bus, and the staff was kind enough to mail it to us.

The driver was on time, listened carefully to our plan, provided contact number and pick up spot, and was there promptly. She drove safely - nice trip!

Marlene was excellent! We did make her laugh but she was so friendly and personable. She played the birthday song for the birthday boy and even drove back in her car when we left something on the bus. We will want her for future events. The occasion was a success but she was the icing on the cake.

Bus driver showed up to one of the locations for pick up out of order, so the kids for the 1st pick up were waiting while the kids for the 2nd pick up had to rush. driver was a little short with our director when approached about being at the wrong location 1st. Overall driver was good in the bus with the kids.

Charter for New Year's Eve

On the day of the event we contacted the local office to make sure that everything was still going to go according to schedule due to the holiday (we had made previous contact attempts and no one returned our phone calls). The local office seemed confused about the initial reservation but was then able to locate the event details.

One of the busses was 10 minutes late getting to the pick-up location and no one was able to communicate with that driver. We attempted the after hours phone number for the local location and just continuously got transferred to voicemail. Overall the transportation did not hinder the outcome of the event but I felt that communication between the booking office and the local office could have been better.

I will say my communication with the central booking office was always right on point and those representatives were always very polite, helpful, and customer service focused. The central office was very pleasant to work with while the local office was very hard to reach.

Bus was prompt, driver courteous, students delivered and returned on time, etc. Everything matched our expectations.

We used First Charter Bus Rental for my sorority's semi-formal dance. They were amazing!!! They arrived to our pickup location early, bus drivers were so kind, and had so much patience with a group of high energy college students. I will definitely be recommending this company to other student organizations on our campus. Thank you!!!

The drivers were great and came right on time! The buses and drivers stayed at our event until we were ready to leave. We had a slight medical incident and a bus driver was able to step in and a provide a first aid kit.
