The bus driver did a great job, but there was an information discrepancy. The driver had the wrong pickup address, although I was thorough and sent all the correct information during the booking process. It delayed our trip by about 15 minutes, but again - the driver did a good job and the rest of the trip went without incident.
The buses were comfortable and clean. We had three buses total. One bus went to the wrong hotel but they resolved the issue right away.
