The overall booking experience took a few back and forth, but ended up just fine.

Kind and communicative bus driver. Easy communication when booking the bus

The bus driver was 45 minutes late. The bus barn was very helpful and professional but the driver from what we could understand was not very inept with directions (even when explaining exactly where he should be with landmarks etc.) He was just parked along the road "assuming" he was int he correct place, disregarding any map directions or landmark statements etc.

The bus arrived on time, the driver was very good at communicating: when they would arrive, where they would be located at, and did arrive in time to pick up my class from our location. Overall, the entire experience went very smoothly! I'm very happy with my experience.

The on-time bus and shuttle transportation was a huge hit for our wedding. It was great to provide our guests an option to safely enjoy their evening and our driver was so friendly and safe.

The bus driver was friendly and the bus was on time.

Was given the wrong contact numbers and couldn’t get in contact with the company at time of the event when the bus was not there yet.
Bus showed up shortly after and driver was great the rest of the night.
Drive also was given the wrong ending time of the event.

First Student were easy to get ahold of, quick to respond, and made it easy for our guests to get to a location that was not conducive for a lot of traffic. Our guests loved the busses as well. They got to know each other, enjoyed not having to drive there or back, and said the ride was easy (nobody got sick on a gravel mountain road even with some sensitive passengers). We told First Student where to pick our guests up and where to drop them off and they pretty much handled the rest.

The booking process was easy, they had plenty of buses for my trip, and the communication between drivers, booking agents, and managers was smooth and clear. Definitely rebooking for next year!

Our drivers were phenomenal and very responsive, however, the team of people who helped make the reservation and one change was a bit challenging. We had to call many times to get the itinerary changed on paper for one simple change, and even after it was changed, the local dispatcher didn’t have the correct information. Once our local office as involved it was fine, but you are not given any local contacts, you have to talk to someone off of an 800 number in a different state. It wasn’t until one of our bus drivers reached out two days before that we finally got it all corrected. Again, our actual bus drivers were amazing, responsive and attentive, but the people helping with the bookings were not always the most helpful.

Amazing trip! The driver got a little lost but was able to find the location and get everyone where they needed to be! So glad we could work with this wonderful company.

We used First Charter for our wedding and despite asking for a complex pick up and drop off itinerary, they did an excellent job of handling the process, providing the quote, and confirming logistics.
The drivers were prompt and transported our guests effortlessly.

Early for pickup ( on time ) driver was fantastic. Been using First for years.

We reserved two buses in June to transport guests to our wedding venue, which took place in August. Because the temperature in Oregon in August is pretty regularly in the 90s or hotter, we reserved both buses with A/C for an additional fee. We planned to have about 60 guests take the buses.

They called me one day before our wedding to say they did not see the A/C specification on our reservation until the day prior. By the time they called (a month and a half after I made the reservation), there were no buses with A/C. So our guests had to ride an hour on a day that hit 95 degrees. It was a very frustrating experience, especially after we had told our guests we reserved them with A/C.

Three stars because they were on time, and otherwise did what they said they would. I would book them again, but would make absolute certain the specifications you request are what you will receive.

We hired the shuttle for guests to and from our son’s wedding, They were timely & communicated well. Our driver Mike was awesome!
