We had an issue with the bus driver not following the given instructions for our grandson's Bar Mitzvah. We finally got it straightened out and things went as planned. I contacted the company to let them know what happened to make sure this didn't happen to another group. The people at First Charter were really great. They responded and listened to my story. They understood my problem, contacted the bus driver and reviewed the problem with her. I felt that they would try to prevent this from happening again. I would use them again.

Would 100% use again! only negative would be how difficult it was to get in touch with someone to book the bus. took me about a week and a half to get a call back. was fully expecting to get scammed with how awful the booking process was, but was happily surprised that everything worked out.

The bus driver was on time and a very good driver. Although the weather was 90 degrees and very humid, the air conditioning on the bus was perfectly cool. The service was awesome. I will be calling First Student Charter Bus for every outing I organize.

We were scheduled to leave at 5:15pm. Prior to the scheduled time, there were no notification or phone calls that the bus driver would be late. After waiting 10 minutes, I called the after hours phone contact, and was notified the bus driver was running late. After another 10min. I was told the bus driver was almost there. And after another 10min. I was told the bus driver said he was 1min. away. I continued to wait, and eventually started to prepare for a different way to bring my group to the event destination. Then the bus driver came soon after. The bus driver was 55 minutes late, causing our group to be late for an event that required us to go early for seatings. Our effort and preparation had gone to waste with the bus being late. The branch located near us also never picks up the phone. Of all the times I contacted them during office hours, they had never picked up the phone.

The bus showed up in time and the driver was so nice. George was a great driver. Especially on the windy roads. Thank you.
