Our refund policy does state that we offer store credit for opened products rather than refunds to the original payment method. This helps us keep our standards high and continue offering premium supplements to our community.

In the beginning I was disappointed with how a discount was handled but after speaking to Tim about it I was taken care of very well. I am so sorry about this misunderstanding. After I talked with the consultant that connected with you I found out that he did not understand that he could give a partial refund. Our website and brick and mortars are two different systems and he is newer with our company.
No harm meant and I would like to refund your order the $15 and then an extra $5 as a small token of my appreciation for this situation. I would be frustrated too! I have been a customer for 3 years now- I wish it was longer! I use CBD oil for arthritis pain and it works wonders so I thought I’d try some on my very hyper dog for anxiety. I just started him on it 4 days ago and I’m seeing results already! Highly recommend this business as they are very knowledgeable and friendly.
