Very satisfied with the support provided

Recently I was associated with filings.ae, I had great experience. I had good support from the team members.

Reasonable quote and great service done. Easy process and great support.

I engaged filings.ae to help set up my business in the UAE, and my experience was deeply disappointing.

- Sales stage: The sales team promised everything with great confidence, pushed for full payment upfront, and spoke as if they had complete mastery of the process. In reality, their knowledge was superficial.
- Free zone selection: Their first choice of free zone was wrong. After I had already paid, they claimed the rules had changed and tried to charge me extra to switch. Only after escalation did they waive the fee.
- Documentation: Despite sharing detailed information about my business, they simply handed me a generic category list and asked me to choose. Critical documents like the MOA, lease agreements, and declared capital were filled with arbitrary information. I had to personally review and correct every form to avoid serious mistakes.
- On‑ground process: When I traveled to the UAE for biometrics and submissions, filings.ae advised me to book two weeks. In reality, the free zone officials were professional and efficient, and I completed everything in one week.
- Bank account: Their sales pitch included “easy” bank account opening through referrals. In practice, their application was vague, poorly filled, and rejected. Worse, they inserted their referral code for cashback. After months of wasted time, I applied directly to a UAE bank myself and succeeded in less than a week.

Conclusion:
The truth is that setting up directly with the free zone is simpler, cheaper, and far more reliable. Free zone employees are professional and clear, while filings.ae added unnecessary complications, wasted months of my time, and introduced errors that I had to fix myself. Their business model feels outdated, and their staff lack depth and quality.

If you are considering filings.ae, my advice is to save your money and go directly to the free zone. You will save time, resources, and avoid the frustration of dealing with an agency that adds no real value.

I have been following up since I enrolled with them, some agent says 100usd and after few days that agent stop responding and some other agents increase the price. This thing happens with me thrice. After that also I paid whatever they ask. After paying the amount they stop responding my calls. Once in a week they response and they dont have to say anything about my problem. They are just blaming each other internally and not helping me at all. After this mishap when finally my company formation process done, they gave wrong credentials for login where I cant see anything about my company. I feel cheated and lost my money.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
