Customer service is not good at all for such a large company ! Had problems with Thortons toffee since November last year and still not sorted.. The toffee was disgusting and at £11 per box .

The 'flavour' is of some cheap nasty palm oil sickening taste , with a tiny dry hazelnut in

I’ve been buying Kinder Eggs for years, and I have to say I’m really disappointed with the recent toy quality. They used to be creative, well-made, and fun to collect — now they feel cheap and uninspired. It’s sad to see such a beloved childhood treat lose its charm. Please bring back the high-quality toys we all remember! Pink Panther, Tom and Jerry, Warner Bros....
All talk no substance
After lodging a complaint for a ferrero product that looked well past it's best I was told I would be sent a voucher (for the princely sum of €5).
6 months later, & several email reminders & responses promising same, as well as an 'increase' to compensate for the delay, I am still waiting for any actual voucher to arrive.
Although I like their products I will be giving my custom to other chocolate companies that look after their customers better.

Save you money or go elswhere rubbish customer service
Unfortunately no option to give no stars I spent 80 something pounds on gifts to take abroad with me paid for selected day delivery arrived a day late I wasn’t there put in greenhouse in summer not very bright contacted customer services I was offered the delivery refund but not for the 80 odd pounds of thortons chocolates told to take a photo how when I am nearly 900 miles away and don’t know if or when I will be back absolute joke don’t order save your money and go elsewhere.

I sent/received several messages regarding a piece of wood I found and chewed on from an extra protein bar. They confirmed it was a twig that had got into the bar in their factory. I had a few days of pain in one of my teeth. They offered me £20 in the form of a voucher. When I queried this they cheekily asked me to supply a dentist receipt and they would increase it to £30 once they had received it. I never said I needed dental treatment. The way I’ve been treated is an absolute disgrace. They admitted it was their fault. Terrible
SCAMMERS
Purchased easter egg on thorntons site considering ferrero rochet bought thorntons out, i ordered just under £30 I have sent emails to thorntons /ferrero all been ignored. The phone number does not seem to connect when ringing and the enquiry form you can NOT SUBMIT I ask for people to be very careful of this company a name well known and can not provide a Fart out of a crisp packet and if they could the company is the biggest stink ever. Faulty, disgusting Ferrero Roche
Bought expensive faulty chocolates, emailed FR last year 2022. Product was not what I expected I even sent pictures up to now it's automated reply. I would not recommend FR chocolate please stay away.

Same as others, I was notified about a product recall by the retailer I purchased the item from, sent an email to Ferrero in April 22 and received no response.
I decided to try today March 23 and included my original email, they apologised stating they don't have those older emails anymore, not great but at least there was a very quick response. Apparently, my product is not included in the recall so maybe the retailer made an error.
Around 10 years ago I contacted them for a product recall and I received a response with vouchers. Not sure what has happened to Ferrero, definitely not right for a huge company to not take any action.

Same as many other complaints, still not received a refund after the easter fiasco. Everytime i email them, they apologise again and ask for my addresses, but nothing ever comes.
Worst company ever for promising and not delivering!
like so many of us trying to get a refund from them is a nightmare. its been going on since Easter and I have emailed numerous times and sent details and photos 3 times as requested and still nothing as promised. All they keep saying is your vouchers are in the post.
But why can they not email them?

Shopping and Working!
I’ve been shopping here alongside working here and I’m literally just so frustrated and appalled with this company. I can’t make it one day without having someone asking me to fix a problem that wasn’t caused by me or even be able to have a simple thank you after doing some work! The people i work with are goofballs and so is the company

Still waiting for compensation vouchers, shocking customer service, will never buy Kinder again. Latest correspondence gave a tracking number that wasn’t recognised by Royal Mail, what a joke!
Worst Company Ever: Still awaiting a refund 6 months later
Well like so many other customers, it's been 6 months since Ferrero recalled certain Kinder products, and I am STILL waiting on a refund for the chocolate that I bought. 6 long months!!
I have contacted Ferrero UK SIX times now, and have only had one response in that time. They claim that they will provide a refund, but nothing ever transpires.
I am frankly disgusted with the complete lack of communication and appalling customer service. These chocolates were recalled because of a salmonella scare - Ferrero should be doing their utmost to make amends and correct the damage to their now non-existent reputation.
I will never buy another Kinder product again. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

As with many other reviewers, I have been promised a 'generous' voucher in respect of contaminated items I purchased and now, 5 months later I have received absolutely nothing.
I will never purchase Ferrero products again and if given any as a gift, will simply destroy them. I cannot believe a company can be so disgraceful in this matter. The items purchased were contaminated at one of their factories, it is without doubt their fault and they totally renege on their promises. I don't know how their so called Ambassadors can go to work every day and tell such blatant lies.
