So far ,great ! I had my initial consultation , the nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable . I did just send my lab results back in . Super easy to do, and I'm waiting in my first prescriptions! I'll update as I go on my review!

Tailor treatment plan according to my symptoms. Provider gave validation, explanation, listened to my concerns and then addressed each. Seems like I finally have a provider who wants to treat me with individualized care plans. I appreciate that.

medication wise. I only try a few tablet of progesterone and tried the testosterone cream and it does seem to help, but after that, I stop taking and everything seems fine

Rude customer service. They don’t help and demand your response on their time (I work and can only message after work).

Awful version of progesterone (peanut based is what works for me and they didn’t disclose the little capsule things that are awful)seems to be an off shore call center- called me threee days after Dr apt and said I had my Dr apt “today” and tried to bully me into scheduling next visit before I had received mail with labs and RX- total $$$ focus.

Zero concern for me as a person.

I was leary of using an online dr but once I got started it was no different then a tele- visit with my regular dr. Fem gave me all the test to find out my hormone levels . I didnt have to wait weeks. They put together my meds going off my blood work. Such an easy medical company to work with.

Fem Excel has been AMAZING so far! I have just signed up and had my consultation. My provider is wonderful, caring and I finally feel heard. She is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. I am excited to start my journey with them to better hormone health. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This company is exploitative. They charge you an insane monthly fee just to be a member. Then they overcharge for the meds. They also attempted to just up my dose without discussing it with me and I only found out because one month they attempted to charge me more than other times. When I asked why they explained the dose had been raised causing the extra expense. Without telling me nor even asking me. They claimed they raised the dose simply from their time consuming questionnaire they harass you with at every refill.

They also use customer service agents from countries that do not speak English as their national language. The agents are scripted and not even conversational in English.

I simply cancelled the card they were billing and stopped them from billing. They still send me monthly refill reminders and have yet to contact me at all to check on me or see why I just quit paying. That qualifies as patient abandonment. You can access all the meds they offer with providers who only charge you the cost of the meds and no other fees. Skip this middle manning service, look up suggested milligram amounts for your age and symptoms and order your HRT independently from direct providers.
