Very easy to book the cab service. Excellent support prior and after booking. Very friendly, supportive staff who are really prompt in providing responses to any queries. Right from the booking experience with Ms. Sarah &Mr. James to Mr. Sam who came to receive us at the airport, we entirely enjoyed the overall experience. Great driver, booking process needs work.
Sam was very welcoming on arrival and promptly assembled the child seat. The maxi taxi was super comfortable and spacious. We drove from Bilpin to Sydney Airport with no problem. The booking process however was quite messy with multiple numbers texting me information for the trip, it was all a bit confusing. Overall happy with the driving service.
