NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR FOR RATING. SHOCKING SERVICE. HALF ORDER DELIVERED. ITEMS DELIVERED NOTHING LIKE THEY ADVERTISE ON A PICTURE. THEY TAKE FOREVER TO ANSWER EMAILS. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. 2 MONTHS AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE SECOND HALF OF MY ORDER? I WISH I KNEW HOW TO REPORT THEM FROM THE UNITED KINGDOM.

Bogus knockoff boots! They used a photo of Duck Feet "Arhus" boot and what I got was all plastic with plastic laces and a fake white fur lining. They were represented as the Arhus boot. Period. That is leather with a sheep wool lining. I will retract this bad review if someone from the company will PLEASE get back to me. I have been trying to return these since 1/2/22. I am not paying $50+ to return these to China.

I ordered a medium jacket and got a XXL. The jacket that I eventually received after 4 months looked nothing like the image on the website eitherThey sent me the wrong product and nothing looks like their pictures! i was looking for the contact number i did research about this company and i found their support info which is .which is the correct number for this company My experiences with this company was good especially working with customer service who helped me through returning a couple of items and an he made the process easy

0 star if I could give one. I ordered 4 sweatshirts and received a yellow one instead of white and the spelling was terribly wrong from what the picture showed on the websiteI wanted to return the item and

exchange the sweatshirt for one with the correct spelling. I sent an email to the company for refund no reply to my email I went online and I did an investigation about this company able to get their help number eight four five four eight one one THREE THREE THREE THIS COMPANY credited my dollar to my bank and return this crap dress back to the company very poor quality and thin material. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Poor quality, cheap polyester material, small fit. Cheap, cheap, cheap! The shipping would not have made the return or exchange worth it. I do not recommend buying from them.

I ordered clothes from them and waited what seemed like an eternity to receive them. None of them fit. I emailed the company and was sent the information to return the clothes. I paid $69 to send the clothes back following the procedure they indicated I should. I did this on October 1st. Today - March 19th, I received my package back - unopened. My package went from New York to China and back again. What a ridiculous and frustrating experience. I sent an email explaining what had happened and guess what: the email was undeliverable. This company is a joke and now I am trying to figure out how to get my money back. DO NOT - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Rubbish clothing that took so long to arrive. It's a thin material and feels cheap and nasty. I used their own guide and ordered clothing up one size. The fabric was NOT acceptable for the design of clothing...Some colors were very faded compared to pictures....and sizes were very irregular. NOT a bargain... Not only is the product cheap, but it also looks nothing like what is online. Do not buy from them. I received my items which were nothing like pictured, the quality is absolutely awful. I even tried to return; I mailed clothes back which cost me $85 and just got the package back from China stating it was not able to be delivered. I am upset with myself for even sending it back. This is a scam!!!! Do not buy.

I ordered three costly outfits and did not receive them. After scamming many, many people, fashioncosy.com took down its web site. Not surprised. The charge appeared on my PayPal account as Pearl Zone. After many email transmissions, I finally got a response indicating that two of the items were delivered and to check the PO. The PO showed that these packages were expected; nothing about them being delivered. SCAM company. Still waiting on my items.

I ordered 2 dresses , the same size. I waited a long time . Only after I challenged the charge did. They show up. One was tiny one was large, the material was a joke . They barely resembled the pic. An the quality made me cry . IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE!!!!!! Thankfully I only got ripped of for about $52:00 .

dont order nothing from this sit . i placed my order,when i ordered i ordered an xl to make sure it would fit . there xl is a small .i sent it back costing me $27.99 to get back $200 and isent the tracking to them as they asked . well its been about a month and 1/2 and today i decided to look into it ,only to find out the site is no longer available .so im out of $200 and $27.99 full of crap .

I said I was never buying from them again and after a lot of messaging back and forward I was offered a 20% refund and 20% off my next order. I was sent a link with a return policy written in Chinese. I don't speak Chinese. I've had no more contact in about 3 weeks and see their website is now closed. Do not buy!

I ordered from Cozynobby. I received my order within 10 days of processing. However, the 10% discount offered to complete my order within :30min was not honored. I contacted Customer Service immediately. I received an email 4 days later ‘that discounts must be entered manually’. (???) When I emailed back 'what does that mean? Does that mean you will not honor your discount offering?’ No response to date. A confirmation tracking number was provided. Package arrived. Items were packaged properly. Fabrics were nice to the touch and as beautiful as shown on website. Interesting sidenote: there were NO tags in the clothing. No company tags, no fabric content tags, no care/washing instruction tags. There is also NO care / washing instructions on the website. As a seamstry fanatic…the seamstry/sewing was on point. I think I was very fortunate but would not order from them again.

Terrible! Slow, misleading, cheap and unresponsive. A Chinese company making bad knock-offs of real products and copying the photos of their merchandise. DO NOT BUY! Look for the real seller instead.

I would give this a negative 10 stars if possible. This is the worst company ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHIING FROM THEM!!!!! Not only is the product cheap, it looks nothing like what is online. Even when they sent me the entirely wrong product, they would not refund or replace. This clothing is so cheap you cannot even use as dust rags. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I would give zero stars if it was an option this is an update To a previous review again this website and several others associated with it is a scam. After writing a review and waiting for my refund I was told they would not give me a refund until I removed my bad review. I forwarded that email to my credit card company and they have refunded me. I would rather lose my $94 and then remove my bad review I hope this helps others not get scammed

Fashioncosy is a total scam! All of the clothes mailed to me was of very poor quality. I was sent items that was totally different from what I order, wrong colors and different material then what was advertised. Threading was falling apart! It took the whole summer for me to get my items each item was sent separately. Buyer beware

Scam adds popped on phone thru Facebook.During lockdown adds popped up and they go by a lot of diff names.Don't order no way to get your order or money back.you won't be able to call anyone and they will send junk then ask for pic of mistake they made and say it most popular item and would you like discount on next order.I believe my Facebook was hacked and fanty cosy fashion cosy gallrose adds got in.scam scam scam.If you want to give China your money they will keep it and not send anything.

I have been communicating with this company since my order arrived in two different orders. I ordered 13 pieces and 1 pair of earrings. The first 6 items came and did not look at all like what I ordered. I did not open the packaging that each garment was in. I paid $72.99 to return the first 6 items and the remaining items that shipped was returned to sender and I have not been successful in retrieving my $224.81. Please do not shop with this particular company.

First never deal with company. Second, dont expect Paypal to help you when Fashioncozy doesnt because they just denied my claim. Ordered two dresses from them. One was way to big the other way too small. Could not get the company to reply to me so I initiated a claim through Paypal July 31st. I was told I needed to send them back. The postage to mail back to Hong Kong was much more than I paid for the dresses, so that didnt make much sense. I gave all the information to Paypal about the transaction and that I was sent wrong sizes and it was not cost effective to mail them back.I told Paypal to look at this companys ratings and that there were lots of negative comments and I believed it was a fraudulent company. Two months later, just today, they denied my claim. Paypal said they sent what I ordered. How could they possible know? I told them they needed to look at the reviews for this company and make a judgement on how they do business, Lesson learned dont buy from this company and review any company you deal with and dont except Paypal to help you. Both companies just want to scam and make money off people . I lost 47.00 which is a drop in the bucket to Paypal but not to me!

Wow... wish I read this before ordering. Total scam. sizing is wrong, material is cheap, cheap cheap! Probably will not return as i've read has to be shipped to China! Why can't there be some consumer oversight?
