I had a very negative experience with Farera. The confirmation email gives the impression that your ticket has been successfully booked. However, if you read the fine print, it turns out that the amount is only blocked on your credit card and no binding booking has actually been made.
This creates a completely one-sided situation where the company can cancel or fail to issue the ticket at any time without consequences, while the customer is left waiting and worrying about whether they will actually receive a valid ticket.
This kind of practice is misleading and highly unprofessional. It causes unnecessary stress and uncertainty, especially when travel plans depend on a confirmed booking.
Farera is, without a doubt, the worst booking experience I have ever had. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid using this service.

​I am beyond frustrated with my experience booking through this agency. Their pricing model feels like a "legal scam" due to a complete lack of transparency.

​The Booking Process:

The price advertised at the start is impossible to actually get. Every time I reached the final payment step, the fare suddenly jumped by €20 to €40. To make matters worse, if you try to go back to verify the details, the system resets entirely. Even after completing the process once, I received a message saying, "This price is no longer available." It is a deceptive and exhausting loop.

​The Airline (Pegasus):

The airline itself is just as disappointing. There are hidden costs everywhere that are never mentioned upfront. It feels like they are begging for money—charging €50 for a shopping bag and forcing passengers to pay for basic necessities like water and coffee on an international flight. It’s frankly embarrassing.

​Final Verdict:

I would honestly rather pay for an extra night in a hotel and fly with a different carrier than ever book a Pegasus ticket through this agency again. Not recommended at all.

Title: Scam-Like Experience – Payment Taken, No Service Delivered

My experience with Farera has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

I paid $1260 for a flight change after being pressured to complete the payment within a limited time. I complied immediately and made the payment as instructed. Despite this, the service I paid for was never delivered.

After taking my money, I was later told that the price had suddenly increased and that I needed to pay even more. This is completely unreasonable and misleading, especially since I had already paid within the deadline they imposed.

When I requested a refund, I faced delays, vague responses, and a lack of transparency. There is a clear and unjustified difference between the amount I paid and what they proposed to return, with no proper explanation.

The communication is extremely poor. Responses take too long and do not address the issue seriously. This behavior raises serious concerns about their business practices.

This situation has caused significant stress and inconvenience for me and my family. I strongly believe this is not how a legitimate company should treat its customers.

If this matter is not resolved promptly and fairly, I will escalate the issue by filing official complaints with consumer protection authorities and pursuing legal action.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. The price changed twice in a row after I purchased the tickets. I bought the tickets, and five hours later I received an email saying that the ticket price had increased, and I either had to pay extra or they would refund the money within 5 days. I thought it was a mistake and bought the tickets again the next day, but after 24 hours exactly the same situation happened. In the end, a large amount of money was frozen for 5 days, and I had to wait for the refund in order to buy tickets on another website. I am very dissatisfied!

Didn't get reimbursement

My flight was cancelled, the airline returned whole amount but instead of reimbursement farera issued a voucher WITHOUT my consent and when I wanted to use it, it was 44€ instead of 240€. Nightmare experience and communication. They don't show many flights and their prices are high.

I really enjoyed flying with this…

I really enjoyed flying with this airline. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. As a single mom, I truly appreciated that my teenage son was allowed to visit the cockpit before departure—it made his day.
During our flight to Hawaii on April 7, the flight attendants were especially kind and warm, and even complimented my son on his manners, which meant a lot to me.
The direct flight from San Jose was very smooth, easy, and extremely convenient. We’ve traveled to Europe many times with connections, so this nonstop route felt especially comfortable and stress-free.
We had a wonderful time in Hawaii and would definitely fly with this airline again.
And who knows—maybe I’d even get to meet a nice pilot one day 😊

Hello. Its a scam flight agency. I have a bad experience with farera. I booked three tickets from farera. When i check in there is no details about confirmation. Then i called the flight customer care. They said they dont have any info about booking. I didnt get any emails or notification. So please dont book anything from farera. Thank you

+: No hidden fees. -: could use a couple of minor UX features.

I liked that there weren't any hidden last-minute booking fees, everything was relatively straight-up, it would be nice if there was an integrated add-on option for nearby hotel parking (affordable parking would be especially nice) it would also be nice to get the email confirmation codes resent 24 hours before each flight so I didn't have to dig through previous emails and guess which code goes to which flight. Other than that everything was pretty painless and easy to use.

My tickets canceled and Farera is not refunding till now

I have purchased international flight tickets withy Farera. On March 25, 2026 I have received a message informing my flight being cancelled. Despite their promises regarding payment return I have not received money. The only way to communicate with Farera is MyArea on their site and they are simply not responding.
