Very satisfied with products & updates

Communication is really good. I’m informed of the order status, expected delivery and shipping promptly. Notices of new items added come without checking back. The number of emails is just about right, definitely not getting several every day. Reminder of items I’ve left in carts is helpful to review & make decisions. The items have been as expected or better than in quality.

Incredibly easy to use

Incredibly easy to use, wide variety of wholesalers and product options. Quick shipping and painless international shipping. Love the 60 day payment terms. It’s so much easier than trying to hunt down and set up wholesale accounts one at time with individual wholesalers. I’ve gotten some really great items (and a few bummers) and am excited to keep using Faire.
