Placed an order for a three-month supply. Received my first month, but when it was time for the second month to arrive, 14 days passed and still nothing. My responses go unanswered and are repeatedly regenerated. Customer support, Pam, provided incorrect information even when I questioned her about her mistakes. The script for month two was approved and still remains pending. Of course, they took my money right away. I have requested a refund. Stay away from this place!
Dont deserve even 1 star. Waited 3 weeks for deluvery and i have decided to request a refund. They promise a refund in my bank 48hrs. Is now 5 days… nothing. No replies to emails and no answ on phone. Please avoid!!!!!
Please AVOID this company. I am a new customer and have been waiting over 10 days for my first order. They took my money immediately but my order is just sat in waiting despatch. I contacted @support who eventually replied apologising saying we will prioritise your order. It is obviously a con and the order is still in despatch. There are a lot of genuine companies out there offering the same goods, I wish I had used an alternative but if I can prevent someone else using this company, as it is too late for me !!

I started with EveryMeds in October 2025 and, up until recently, had great experiences. Unfortunately, things have taken a serious turn for the worse.
I even referred two patients to them based on my earlier positive experiences, which makes this situation even more disappointing.
I had an issue with an order where my credit card was charged, but I never received the product. When I called, I was told a refund had already been processed—which was not true. I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card company, and thankfully it was resolved in my favor.
Now, after taking my last injection this past Monday, I’ve been trying to refill my prescription online with no success. I have called, emailed, and used their chat feature multiple times and have received absolutely no response.
This lack of communication is extremely frustrating and unacceptable, especially when it impacts ongoing treatment. I am now forced to find another provider and will likely experience a lapse in care because of this.
Very disappointing experience.

Got the medicines after almost 4 weeks, even though I’d asked for a refund. Not a scam, but their website, inventory, and customer support are a mess.

As advised emailed them back, chased twice, and as expected 3 weeks+ but no progress no response; however, it helped to build my case to dispute the transaction with the bank.
What a waste of time! And burden to the system.

I ordered medicines on 23 March. They advertised a generous discount for a multi‑month plan, so I purchased the larger package. After that, although the order was ‘approved’ quickly, it has been stuck at ‘pending dispatch’ for 10–11 days and counting...
EveryDayMeds has gone completely silent: no replies to website queries at contact us page, no responses to emails, and phone calls end up long queues and ultimately goes unanswered. I’ve tried every channel, and they simply do not respond. This behaviour is unacceptable for any legitimate pharmacy.
Website doesn’t allow to cancel the order and claim the refund. I will dispute the transaction.

we ordered our weight loss drugs on the 19th, paid and went through the paperwork. After 3/4 days approved. On day 10 now still not arrived, but told this morning will arrive by Wednesday and reaady for dispatch and we were a priorty.
I was told the same as,last week on the 25th...!
Incredibly poor service, pay your mony, receive no goods..!
BEST BET IS TO ORDER FROM ANOTHER PROVIDOR....

My second order was shipped to wrong address. I emailed them to let them know and request a replacement order be sent to my correct address. The customer service agent was friendly in her communication informing me the matter would need to be sent to escalation department for further action with a response within 24 to 48 hours. That was on 3/19 and it’s now 3/24. I’ve missed my weekly injection and still no response or action.

They happily took my payment of £555, then all went quiet on the western front. No acknowledgement, no contact, no answers, just £555 worse of. I have put in a chargeback with my card and hoping they can get my money back.

The first shipment was easy peasy. The customer service agents are friendly, that is why I gave them a 2 star. I paid for 3 months worth of medication and I have received one. I have got the run around about logistics and nobody can seem to tell me when the 2nd month's medication will ship. So now I am wondering will I have to start over from scratch because they are taking too long to send out the medication. I wonder is this the game that they play. I even offered to pay for different shipping since they claimed it was logistics, but I was told no.

Good experience so far and weight loss has been significant. The online portal for checking in is a bit wonky and is the only reason for a one star reduction. Called this morning and “Sara” was able to hopefully correct this problem, time will tell.

after first 2 months the pen was easy to use but still no weight reduction . after third month they reduced the price and gave me a vile and syringes for $100.00n less. Prior month I did request a higher dosage and they stated they would increase , but still same dosage and after 3 months still no weight decrease . I asked if maybe pharmacy was not adding the gap meds or adding too much b12. still waiting for response after 3 days . May have to find another supplier.Sad I spent almost $1000.oo with no results .

The worst. They send out meds (and the wrong ones at that), without and details, instructions or follow-up.
They do not answer emails promptly. If at all! They sent my daughter semaglutide instead of Tirzepatide without telling her how much or how to use. It was her first time and they were unresponsive. Totally irresponsible.
DO NOT USE!!!
