Ordered on a Sunday, not heard anything by the Friday. Called, waited on hold and the line just cuts you off. Website just says order received. Poor. I suspect the order will get cancelled by them.

Sutton auto factors or GSF car parts
If you order anything over the app be prepared for nothing to arrive at your chosen collection point. Absolutely ridiculous! It will tell you they have it in stock make you wait 3-5 days then when you go to collect it they tell you that they don’t have it in stock so make you wait another wee so it’s just a waste of your time and money. Don’t bother using Euro car parts try SuttonAutoFactors or GSF car part 100% better service!

Ordered through Amazon oil at £37.90, ECP sent oil that is £32.00 and tried to convince me it was the same.
SO FAR £6.00 out of pocket, they now respond to review requesting further info or my review would be classed as fake, just about sums up this lot!
The info they want is my name and phone number no doubt for a further run round the houses from their customer services AND an eight digit customer number that does not exist on any of the order/ emails I have regarding this oil.
All these bozos had to do was send what I ordered, in the first place, I’ve tried to get resolution through Amazon who did offer a £6.00 voucher but the oil sent by ECP is not what I wish to put in my car so I got some from EBay, no issues arrived on time and cheaper.
EPC informed me that they would have to collect the wrong oil before any refund was made, I keep asking for the product I ordered by the way, however rather than informing me they will send what I ordered they allegedly are arranging collection of the wrong order first, good business model that don’t you think.
Amazon say that my order has been dispatched and will be with me by 30 Jan.
I’m at a loss as to what is going on. As I actually have some oil all be it not what I ordered.
All I can say and looking at the dire reviews this out fit has got, the sooner they stop trading the better.
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE
Ordered a tool on line on Friday, stood in the freezing shop for twenty minutes to be told they couldn’t find it…. was assured it would be in on the following Monday first thing.… so I phoned first on the Monday… woman spoke so fast I couldn’t understand her she assured me that the part was there to be collected. I explained I’d already been and did she work in the Gloucester branch and could say for sure. she was working out of a call centre and going by what she could see on screen promised to phone me back in an hour she didn’t so I called them back again. A guy then said he would put me through to the Gloucester branch itself, I then got passed on to somebody else’s voicemail after the phone stopped ringing. I have cancelled it altogether but I now have to drive 3 miles again to get my refund, diabolical service would not use again will tell everybody I know how rubbish they are. Nobody cares nobody‘s fault.

The lengths customer service went to at Billingshurst branch to identify the correct parts they checked Audi website and found two options for my year of car. The brake discs were upgraded in the middle of the year of manufacture I’m so glad he took the time to double check. I didn’t catch the guys name but it was the morning of Saturday 11th January to help identify him. Thanks Mr Price resident in Pulborough.
Genuinely dont understand the system…
Genuinely dont understand the system they use, ive just been told on the phone that after you put your registration in it’s up to you to pick the right part, youll be given options that dont work with your car??? And you have to pick the right one?????
If they have my reg, they have my year, my model, my trim and my options for the car, so why would it give me options for a differant year of my model???? Me and my wife have had 3 occasions now where the wrong part has been given to us, this time my wife has had her car taken apart till we noticed, now theyre saying you need to buy ‘this’ part and ‘this’ part is 60 quid a side more???? Whats the point in their system if if it can give you the wrong part?? Absolutely messednup system of finding larts online and it needs serious work, if thisnisnhappening to my fanily 4 times over 3 of us, how many others run into this issue, as soon ad you putnyour teg in it ahould ONLY give options that work for that model and year
Gormless
I ordered a water pump and fan belt yesterday evening (20/12/24) for collection this morning.
I rang the branch this morning (21/12) to confirm it was ready for collection, and was told it was ready.
Arrived 30 mins later and confirmed my details and went to pay by debit card. Only to be told by the counter assistant that it was only cash payments as the card payment system had been down for a week??
He then told me that the nearest ATM was at Tesco's about a mile away.
I made my feelings clear with a few expletives before heading off for the cash in my car with an already overheating engine due to my faulty water pump. Back 10mins later to repeat my order details. The same assistant went off to the parts room and returned after a few mins with several orders including mine and other waiting customers.
However the size and wait of the box didn't feel right so instead of querying in front of the others waiting customers I went to the car and opened it and sure enough is not what I had ordered . So I rang my waiting mechanic who also confirmed it was definitely not a water pump.
I returned to the shop where I had to queue yet and explain the issue to the same assistant who served me earlier and who clearly did not have a clue what he was selling and a few mins later back with the correct order which I confirmed after opening the box.
Before leaving I asked him discreetly so as not to embarrass him why the staff do not advise customers who are making phone enquiries or ordering parts over the phone at that point that you are only taking cash payment so that they could come prepared. He did not have a valid answer or even an apology?
So this message is to the manager of the store in Cosgrave way , Luton.
Take the time to teach your staff even the most basic of training in customer service because from what I experienced today it is seriously lacking and you should be embarrassed.
As such my first go to place for car parts outlets should I need them again in the future is extremely unlikely to be europarts, Cosgrave way ,Luton
Spent £122 on parts
Spent £122 on parts. At Eastbourne branch. Kept me waiting. Dumped parts on counter. Some bozo with purple hair. Didn’t say a word.tried to con. me on card payment. Charity scam. They all seem to be at it now. I asked for a bag or old box .to carry out to my van. All I got was we don’t supply them. So arrogant. I will not return to euro car parts ever

Shambolic Service
I have had dealings with Euro Carparts for a good number of years. Their Customer Services used to be excellent. But recently I have noticed that the company is lagging behind other major car parts companies. I recently bought some service carparts online to be collected at a local store in Romford. So far good. On the day of collection, in the morning, I went to the store to collect the parts. I had taken a day off to get my car serviced. On arriving at the store I was told that a part that I ordered was not arriving till 4:30 pm. I could see that they had the parts that I ordered on the shelf in that store but I was told otherwise. I then asked the person on the reception to cancel the order so I could buy the parts from some other store so that I could get my car serviced. I was told that they can't do that and that they can only cancel the order after 4:30 pm on the day. The manager at the store signed my order papers to confirm this. I left the store at that point. About half an hour or so after I left the store, I received an email that I have COLLECTED the parts, even though, I came back from the store empty handed. I was shocked by this. How come A company would send me a COLLECTION confirmation email even though I didn't collect anything and I had asked them to cancel the order. I then called the store in Romford straightaway to enquire why it was so. I was told that that was the procedure. It was bizarre procedure. I was then told that the company would confirm the collection, before they could cancel the order. I insisted that I need them to send me an email confirming the cancellation. I then received an email to confirm that a Credit has been issued. I asked for a REFUND, and instead they issued a Credit. It means that I have to go back to the company to buy something else for the money I spent in the first place. This is total shambolic. I honestly didn't expect this service from a big company. I feel like cheated by them.

“Unreliable Parts and Poor Customer Service – Avoid Euro Car Parts”
I purchased tire pressure sensors from them for my BMW, and I specifically asked if they were the correct parts and if there would be any issues, as it would be difficult to return them once installed. Each time they need to be removed and replaced, I have to pay labor costs. They assured me there would be no problem. However, after installation, the sensors aren’t transmitting any readings. The technician tried everything to activate them, but they are completely non-functional.
Now, Euro Car Parts in Wembley is asking me to buy a new set, fit them on the car, and return the faulty ones. Only then will they send the old sensors to the manufacturer for inspection. I also have to fill out a form myself, and they will decide whether the issue is their fault. This isn’t the first time they’ve sold me a faulty part, but I’ve had enough. I’m forced to pay at least double for the same sensors that didn’t work the first time. Please find another supplier — this company’s attitude and service are unacceptable.
