I've recently used Ethnic UK for very first time, after reading the reviews I was afraid I will get messed around when it comes to refunding, however I was surprised every thing from quick delivery to quick refund with in 14 days was done to very professional level. I will defo use Ethnic again. Thing to bear in mind double check the sizes as their sizes are not standard, small, medium and large but the measurements are given in discription.

Customer service should be top priority when you sell to your customers and unfortunately this hasn't happened I'm wondering if yiu believe in customer service and there enquires as we ask questions in emails and not one person responds.
I have orderd 4 times from you as a returning customer and I think this may be my last online order due to the fact me as a customer is not happy with the service you provide at all.
I urge people to be very careful on ordering they just want ur money, but remember they will never reply to you or if yiu have any issues with ur items, they dont take responsibility of their customers and they don't give customer service. It's utterly very rude service I have never experienced this ever when I spend huge amount in someone's business, I mean I'm giving these people business but they haven't respected me at all.

the result was that I was refused after management did what ever they looked I don't think they understand that I have a slip that sawed same as the back one side shoud be low and the back shloud be slightly lower as the images and my slip both are very hight and sawen same from back and front now my tailors had to repair this.

So be careful when ordeing they don't like to negotiate they have too much money and are very unfare to its customers.

What a con. I ordered 2 items from them. Messaged to say I wanted to return one of the items. They don't bother sending you emails back. I have been chasing them and still no reply. Absolutely awful dodgy company. Do not buy from them.
Difficult to get refund back
I ordered quite a few items and returned 5, I was waiting and chasing for my refund and finally when I got my refund it was only for 4 items!!! And not the 5th. I have email communication to prove I sent 5! Be careful, they seem dodgy!!

Its been 2 months. No refund although they have recieved the dresses back. They keep saying we will refund within 5-7 working days.
Its a proper refund scam they are doing in the Uk as they are getting the dresses back but not refunding the amounts to people. I will post everywhere om facebook and instagram groups to make sure that they lose their sale or goodwill now. I have had enough !
Don’t understand the negative reviews
I have now made 3 orders. 2 of which were delivered next day by DPD. From ordering, to the email communication I can’t fault the service. I’ve now had 15 suits from here which I’m happy with. Some of the sizing is bigger than expected so check the size chart for each outfit as different fabric has different sizing but I like a looser fit anyway so it’s fine for me.

Do not order from here. I ordered 3 sets of kameez in the beginning of March. I got an order confirmation email with a tracking URL and order number. Item was supposed to arrive the next day (DPD next day delivery) however I gave it at least a week before contacting them. Contacted them and got an automated response a week later saying that they will pass me onto the relevant team. Now we are in April and I have still had no contact from this ‘relevant’ team nor have I received my parcels. Cannot even track the item as it only appears with order have been received . Avoid! Customer service is apalling.

The store sucks!Ethnic has the worst customer service. My cousin ordered a suit cost 13k. The product that came was damaged. I sent them back. I even have their email and on calling their customer service, they said they don't have my email or the dress. It's been more than 3 weeks now. No money return, no dress. Total piece of crap. Don't think they even read these reviews.
Faultless process
I ordered 3 different outfits during Christmas time, my deliver arrived within 3 working days. I ordered 3 for an event, planned to keep 1-2.
The outfits were gorgeous as always, I kept the one that fit best and returned the rest. My return was picked up the following day without any issues, I then received my refund within 2 weeks of that. I anticipated a little longer as it was Christmas time but I had no problems at all. Everything was smooth & swift. Shocked to see the negative reviews as my experience was faultless.

The items arrived in good time.I ordered one medium and one large as I was not sure what their sizes would be like with the hope that one of them could be exchanged. The return was requested for the large size the day after I received the order. I have had no response on my return request, after having sent 2 requests. There is no customer services number. If the items were defective I would be at a loss. If they don’t respond to return requests why offer a returns service!!

I feel very sorry to have spent my money online by buying products from them. Lack of professional support to customers. It has been 10 days and I have no clue whether I will receive my order or not. Despite contacting them on "INSTAGRAM" their lazy team is not responding. When I tried writing a comment regarding my order "they blocked" me. I reached out to their concerned email/phone , email does not work and no one ever picks their phone.
For international delivery they are absolutely unreliable. My first and worst experience with this so-called brand.
I also tried reaching their "Deputy General Manager E-Commerce at ETHNIC | Outfitters Stores" - Rizwan SALEEM and still no response.
It is a shame no customer centricity is present with such brands.
