From start to finish hamza and the team were always there for me 100% and guided me in the right path, they also answered any questions I had weather stupid ones or not via WhatsApp and also in person, the 5 star taxi,hotel and clinic couldn’t of been any better and welcoming, it made the whole procedure easier for me. The procedure itself was 10/10 the doctors would not leave my side during the whole duration to make sure I was 100% healthy and happy all the time. Food halfway through surgery was also 5 star. Always asking do I want any drinks or food through the day. I could not recommend this place enough and I’m extremely grateful for the experience.

From start to finish, my experience with this hair transplant clinic was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, everything was extremely well organised, including the accommodation, which was very comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. It really helped take the stress out of the whole process and allowed me to focus fully on the procedure and recovery.
Our consultant, Hamza, was absolutely excellent. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain everything clearly from the beginning. I never felt rushed, and any questions or concerns I had were answered honestly, which gave me great confidence and peace of mind.
On the day of the procedure, the entire medical team were incredible. They were caring, attentive, and highly professional throughout. They constantly checked that I was comfortable and explained each step as they went along, which made a big difference and really put me at ease.
The level of care didn’t stop after the procedure. The aftercare instructions were very clear, and the follow-up support to come over the next few months I have no bout will be nothing less than excellent. I always felt supported and knew I could reach out if I needed advice or reassurance.
Overall, I am extremely happy with my experience and very pleased with how everything has gone so far. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant — a truly professional, caring, and well-organised service from an amazing team.

Clinic with competitive prices on paper, but then you realize that over time the results are only 50% visible, a treatment that you'll end up having to repeat, spending double the money. Another sore point is that these guys pretend to care for you at first, but then after a few months you stop hearing from them.

Me and my friend wanted a hair transplant & contacted them through WhatsApp separately & they asked me “how May I help you?”. I explained that I have certain health condition & asked if I am eligible. They never reply for 17 days! They replied to my friend within a day.

On the 17th day, they replied & asked if I’m still interested or have arranged with other clinic. I said I’m still interested & sent pictures as they instructed. It’s been now over 20 days & they still ignored my message. However, they have communicated & quoted a price for my friend within 3 days.

Their lack of professionalism & lack of respect for me proves they clearly discriminate based on health conditions and are most probably biased against certain race group like myself. If you’ve a health condition concern or are ethnic minority avoid this clinic as you will end up being treated disrespectfully & leaving you feeling incredibly awful about yourself.

I have now found other clinic, which is professional & respectful. Turkey is full of such good clinics so you don’t have to go through what I went through with this clinic.

I just did the surgery few days ago.
I was thinking a lot before to do this and I finally did it after years ! Well, I do not have any regrets about it, at all. Mustafa gave me many informations and was always free for any kind of questions before, during and after the surgery. The hostel (a very nice place), the clinic, the medical team and the cares are just what I was expecting. Just waiting now for the result but I’m confident about it !
Im from Paris. There is many clinics but this one is so professional so go for it if you have any doubts !

I was farley nervous to start, but soon put to ease! Every detail was perfect and precise. The transfers and drivers, the accommodation 5star hotel and the medical team are great , the medical team carrying the procedure, I cant thank enough 🙏. very sweet, attentive and skilled, constantly checking on you ensuring your in no pain or discomfort. Best hair transplant clinic in Istanbul Turkey from the most experienced team! Fantastic staff!
They welcomed me in the gate of new istanbul airport. Airport was awsome but only thing is its unimaginably big. I mean like i just walked around 20 minutes to gate! Estepera clinics private shuttle (Mercedes Vito) took me to their hotel which it was in the same street with the clinic. Hotel was clean and open buffet breakfast was also awsome. There were many french and spanish people came to Estepera clinic for hair transplant too. They did my hair transplantation in the same day. It was painless. Staff was very warmhearted. Next day they did my first wash and instructed me how to take care of my new hairs. They also did PRP Injections to my scalp so my transplanted hairs grow healthy.
Basicly it all went very smooth and professional.
