Without permission indicated they were marketing our property. Tried to look at it on their website, but my internet threat protector stated their sitre contained malicious code

This organisation should be taken to court and shut down. Our reputation has been decimated due to them illegally putting up listings without consent. Anyone making an enquiry via their website will be unable to contact us which looks very unprofessional. We don't want a listing and have tried several times to message them requesting removal!!!

Listed us as an estate agent absent any authorisation when we are no such thing. Assuming there`s an underlying scam from which they can profit,

They copied my business information off my Facebook page and "made me an account". I don't think it is a coincidence that I have been bombarded by scam and bot messages since for things like "business loans and financing". It appears they are a data broker selling your data. Also I visited my free business page they set up and has those continue buttons that are really link ads that take you to fake Microsoft malware "your computer is infected!" to pay for an actual malware to be installed on your computer.

Same as previous reviewers. Scam website taking information from our Facebook page. They have no authority to copy our information and we do not have any logins for this site.
They send copious emails to the point where it's disturbing. I sincerely hope our clients don't try to engage with this lot.

They took my property details off a facebook page and added it to their website without permission. Now they keep sending me spam emails asking me to login and manage the property from their website. I have requested numerous times for my property to be removed from the website but they do not respond.

As noted by previous reviewers, the company send unsolicited emails (we never click on any links due to our spam email policy), saying that our properties are on their site. We have never authorised this and won't be doing so. It is unclear from their website what benefits they bring - certainly none for properties in our area of the UK. Scraped information, a poor website and user experience (with ads that are misleading scattered throughout), it is best avoided - consumers beware.

An unsolisited email was received from "EstateAgent1" stating "We hope this message finds you well. This is a friendly reminder that your listing has been successfully added to EstateAgents1, the world's directory for real estate businesses.

On July 13, 2025, "EstateAgents1" was notified by EHYEH Real Estate Investing and Management Services, LLC and now on official notice, effective immediately, to remove any and all information referencing EHYEH Real Estate Investing and Management Services, LLC and or its affiliates from the "EstateAgent1" Directory, company or property business details, company or property photos. company or property descriptions, company or property files, company or property advertising materials, company or property records, and company or property digital content of any type to include documentation or content not specifically identified within this notice.

"EstateAgents1" was never authorized or given permission, to post or include EHYEH Real Estate Investing and Management Services, LLC and or its affiliates' details on the "EstateAgents1" website.

EHYEH Real Estate Investing and Management Services, LLC and or its affiliates are not associated with "EstateAgents1", their website and or any other company EstateAgents1 is affiliated with.

Legal action is pending implementation if the above request was not completed by the responsible parties of "EstateAgent1" without delay.

SCAM!!! Claiming to have our holiday rental on their books. This is a scam, they do not but, have fraudulently used our photos!!
