Scam - Do not use

My application was submitted on March 3. As of today, May 6, I have not yet received my passport, nor have I been provided with any updates regarding its status.

After contacting the appropriate government office, I was informed that no application under my information has been received. I also attempted to resolve this issue through your customer support line; however, I was only able to interact with an automated system. Despite providing my full details—including my name, email address, home address, and order number—the system was unable to locate my file.

It's a fraud service. DO NOT USE

Similar to other users I paid for this service and after multiple requests for over a month were ignored on the status of my application I was advised to check the US Govt website and it shows my application was never submitted. This service is fraud. DO NOT USE.

Nearly 300 dollars and they are late…

Nearly 300 dollars and they are late for delivery by weeks. Then i get an email saying they are late and to be patient. Emails sent to update have been ignored.
Avoid this place like the PLAGUE. They are a scam.

Now they are using the system to get my review undone. They have every little piece of my information. They just want to weaponize this system to get this bed review out.

Where to begin…

Where to begin…. Literally the worst business out there. The ONLY way they called me back was when I called 13 times in a row, threatened to call better business bureau, then threatened to board a plane and meet them in person.
When you call “customer support “ it is a robot. This is only helpful because you can curse the machine to high hell to blow off some steam. Other than that, Prepare to wait at least 2 weeks for a human with blood in their veins for a call back.
It took 10 minutes to do online with no headache.
On the other hand, if there is a wedding or event you do NOT want to go to, definitely use this company. They will take your money and information and you will never see it again. But hey, at least you got out of the wedding!

Go to the actual WEBSITE

DO NOT USE. I was fooled into using this shit service. I submitted my application 1 April 2026. Today I checked on the actual government website for status and no application submitted. I contacted Entry via phone to get an AI bot who told me that there was a technical issue. Cheers for letting me know. Now I have an expired passport and have to spend another $130 to apply through the actual government website. I really hate these freaking parasite websites.

Total SCAM

Total SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Just do it yourself either online with the state.gov site... All your communications are with an AI. There are no customer reps. You will go back and forth forever and they will take up to a month to get your "Expedited" renewal actually processed. If you have started, request refund, then the next day do a CC Charge back.

This company is a SCAM!

Have tried to reach out to entry multiple times with emails with no replies. They offered a link to my Customer Portal that has never worked. I am scheduled to travel overseas in a few weeks and feel I may have to cancel my trip. Highly recommend not using this service.

This is a scam, do it directly with the US Gov't Passport Office

This is a scam. The only authorized agency to renew passports electronically is the U.S. Government. Plus, you'll pay this agency more than the cost of the passport ($130) to have them go-between for you. It's just as easy to do it with the official site, and that way you don't need to worry about where your data goes.

On top of which, they claim to have an “Exellent” trust pilot score. Another lie.

This company is the worst for…

This company is the worst for expediting passports. I applied a rush entry and 10 days after they finally communicated with me that they had not been able to process the passport. I emailed called and texted multiple times with NO RESPONSE what’s so ever and missed my father’s funeral. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They don’t even deserve a 1 star.
