I had been searching for the right property for years, and was very happy to meet Yulia.
She helped me find the home for myself. Before I had a long and unsuccessful search - being unable to find a right option where I’d feel at home long-term.
When I almost lost hope, Yulia managed to find the absolutely perfect match for me. She specialises on the whole London market and can find the best option within all available opportunities.
She guided me through the market, also introduced to solicitor and mortgage specialist, and made sure I felt supported at every step.
I’m quite a picky buyer, but she was patient, thorough, and always on my side. Thanks to her negotiating skills, I even received a fantastic discount that would have been absolutely impossible without her involvement.
