They Aren't Endless to Me

They sell the same pens as every other pen retailer and their prices can be good so neither of those two things make them anything special. But they have some horrible policies that I have never seen anywhere else. You can pre-order a product, pay for it immediately and not get it for 100 days - if ever. Want to cancel your order? That'll cost your 5% because you are responsible for paying the cost of the credit card transaction which, apparently, they don't see as a cost of doing business or a small price to pay to create goodwill amongst their customers. For me, they are not Endless because our relationship has certainly come to an end.

If you're planning to get pens decide seriously!!!

I am sharing my experience to help anyone who wants to buy them. I have already returned them and paid $21 for shipping.

When I saw the New Exclusive Nahvalur Nautilus x Endless Exclusive (2024) Aqua Regia and Terra Firma. I love them and couldn't decide which one I wanted so I bought both.

When I received the pens I was so shocked how they look so different as the pictures of Endless and two pens look so similar to each other so I contacted customer service right away to ask about it.

What they said is what it is. And only accepted as "change of mind" returns and shipping fees are on me (1 for when they shipped 1 for returning) which is $21. I bought notebooks together and I kept them, so $23 fee turned to $21.

I understand ebonite pens are not all the same and can be different from pictures but this looks totally different especially blue one, my friends and I are even hard to find out which one is which, who will buy same pen at the same time? and these are not cheap pens for me.

I am a gold tier member since I spent $2000+ and it was my first time request for return. They charge 5% restocking fee + shipping fee if you are lower than gold tier. They are unprofessional and unfriendly. I have bought fountain pens from many stores, but Endless' customer service is the worst. When I asked them for help or waive the shipping fee w pictures, they refused and just sent me return instructions.

I think this is unfair to pay both shipping fees, I did not change my mind if something was changed the look of the pen did. Then why do I want to exchange for another one. I thought they will try to help find one like pictures on website. But they did not.

** Just what I wanted was I like to have both of the pens just like in the picture! I never change my mind if the pens looks like the picture**.

If you're planning to get these pens, please check my pictures and decide seriously.

Hope this helps you, Thank you
