Outstanding Service

I honestly can’t thank Peter from Zippy Travel enough for what he did for us. As I have never used this travel agency before, I had to do thorough research to make sure Zippy Travel was a legitimate company before I booked a Flight to Abu Dhabi with them.
On the first day of my Holiday War with Iran broke out, and everything changed overnight in Abu Dhabi. Flights were suddenly cancelled, the airspace across the region shut down, and we found ourselves completely panicked and stuck in Abu Dhabi with no clear way home. It was an incredibly stressful and uncertain situation.
But Peter was absolutely incredible throughout it all.
While everything around us felt chaotic, he stayed calm, proactive, and completely on top of things. He kept us constantly updated, reassured us when we were worried, and worked tirelessly to find us a way out despite the ongoing cancellations and limited flights.
When our original hotel booking ended, we had no idea what to do next — but Peter immediately stepped in and found us a budget-friendly stay at the Ramada Corniche, making sure we had somewhere safe and comfortable to stay until we could secure a return flight. It turned out to be a beautiful hotel.
What could have been a complete nightmare was made so much more manageable because of him. His professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for his clients truly set him apart.
If you want a travel agent who doesn’t just book flights but actually stands by you when things go wrong, Peter at Zippy Travel is the person you need. We’ll be forever grateful.

Good company

I was served snd assisted by Sharoon who has been God sent with all my travels and hasnt dissapointed in any one bit..its my first time to use Emanac and with the professionalism from Sharron am referring my friends and family to him.

I’m sitting on a plane at Cape Town International. I’m flying via Istanbul to London. I always use Peter at Emanec Travel and he always ensures I have an aisle seat, near the bathroom and assistance throughout, wheelchairs as needed. I find today at Cape Town they are saying (Turkish Airlines) that there is no special assistance booked but my vegetarian meal is? I say I cannot believe this as Peter has never ever not ensured special assistance is booked! I am sure the mistake is this end.
I contacted Peter saying he probably can’t do anything but just to advise him. Lo and behold!!!!…. I’ve just had a text from Peter advising me that all is sorted and I don’t have to worry about changing flights at Istanbul, it’s all taken care of. The relief. I will never use another company or agent. Peter has gone above and beyond, not just today but many times before, always ensuring the absolute best outcome for me. I cannot express how grateful I am for his patience, expound genuine support and commitment.

I say to anyone looking for a travel company and an outstanding agent…Peter at Emanec Travel.

I always have had excellent experience with Kamal Kumar while booking all my flights since the last 3 years. He is always professional , patient and attentive to all my travels especially while im travelling with my kids.He always finds me the best possible deals and makes the entire booking process very smooth and stress free. ⭐ 1 Star – Very Poor Service, Unprofessional Conduct, and Withheld Refunds
I have had a very distressing experience with Emenac Travel and the owner/agent Mr Sharoon
After booking my tickets, I asked the agent to book seats for me. They never informed me in advance that there would be extra charges for seat booking. Any reputable travel agent in the UK clearly explains additional costs beforehand — this one did not.
There were multiple issues with cancellations, and when I asserted my rights as a customer, the owner became rude, arrogant, and unprofessional in his email responses.
Even worse, I had to personally claim a refund from Air India for the seat bookings that I never used — something the travel agent should have done, since they took the money from me to book the seats in the first place.
When Air India refunded the money, it was sent to the travel agent, and I then had to chase them repeatedly to get my own money back.
One refund was only paid after I threatened escalation
The second refund has still not been paid
They are withholding my money, causing unnecessary stress, anxiety, and distress.
This is not how a professional travel agent should operate.
I would not recommend Emenac Travel to anyone.
Unclear charges, rude behaviour, poor communication, and failure to return customer refunds.
If I could give zero stars, I would — but one star is the minimum required to post this review.

We had a very positive experience using Emenac Travel for our recent holiday to Nigeria. Our consultant, Liam, went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that we felt completely happy throughout the process. The service was smooth, reassuring, and professional from start to finish. We’d definitely use them again and would happily recommend them to others.

The customer service agent Peter was extremely helpful and knowledgeable keeping me informed throughout and continued when I required more information. He is a real credit to your company and we thank him so very much.

Peter was very polite, attentive and supportive. He worked effectively on getting the best price for my budget and was reassuring when my original flight was cancelled as he looked for alternatives. I’ve now booked my second trip with him.

Peter was helpful in answering all my questions to the best of his knowledge and was able to get me a package that was suitable for me and my family. He was able to get us a 5* hotel that was close to the masjid haram in Makkah and Madina. We enjoyed the stay, everything was perfect overall.

If I could give no stars I genuinely would. This company operates in a way that feels deliberately misleading, disorganised and deeply untrustworthy. They bounce customers between multiple “partner” companies with no transparency, no accountability and no clear explanation of how these entities are connected. There appears to be a recurring link to someone called Alex at “Flight Vaults” who is equally misleading, rude and unaccountable.

The pricing is grossly inflated compared to booking directly through airlines or reputable travel providers. The markup borders on exploitative and the service provided does not remotely justify the cost.

Communication is evasive, inconsistent and often rude. Emails go unanswered, simple questions are ignored and they refuse to acknowledge or comply with basic legal obligations expected of any functioning business. Their approach creates unnecessary stress, confusion and hours of wasted time.

This is not a company that acts with honesty, professionalism or integrity. Please save yourself the frustration, money and emotional toll and avoid them entirely. Book directly with airlines or through legitimate well known travel channels where you will receive transparent pricing and genuine customer support.
